Overall liked the hotel. The room on the ground floor of the square well is very small. For 6700 rubles didn't even get Breakfast that are unjustified. Almost all the hotels, which were received Breakfast. Liked the location. Center, next to the Hermitage, Winter, Nevsky is a 5-minute walk, etc.

We had a great weekend using the "weekend package" — service early arrival and late checkout was included. Feedback hotel quick and timely, twice confirmed check-in, asked for any changes in the plans, on the day of arrival called. We met a very friendly pretty girl. Settled with a room upgrade. The room is bright and cozy, the decor is pleasant, aesthetic. Special piquancy adds a glass wall in the bathroom (if you want you can hang). Clean and very warm. Slept great! Quiet, blackout curtains, excellent bed and blankets! Sorry, we overslept the Breakfast, anything so I can not comment)

Clean, cozy and loaded with amenities. Very close to most tourist spots and restaurants. The staff in the hotel are very accommodating. Did I mention the room and bathroom are clean? I highly recommend this hotel if your travels bring you to the city of Saint Petersburg.

Excellent hotel with rooms overlooking the canal offering nice views. Location is a great plus point as all sightseeing touristy spots are nearby. The hotel itself is part of St. Petersburg's history being owned by the noble Pushkin family earlier and is maintained in great condition and the service will leave you speechless. It is impeccable in all that it offers and you shouldn't hesitate booking here.

Great find! Location and room were excellent but the most outstanding aspect of the stay was the people. Special kudos to Yulia who was very helpful in helping us get around the city and plan our activities. Also Catrin was very helpful and a great assist with our cab and Uber. Ruslan did a great job with our bags and incidentals. These people made our stay much more enjoyable than it otherwise would have been. I highly recommend the Pushka Inn.

Old but clean and not at all broken hotel. The breakfast was good. The rooms are average in size. The restaurant is through the door, you have to walk down the street. The elevator is actually on one, consider it not. Each room is decorated in its own style.

This hotel saved us! We had problems with our tour company and ended up being sent to this hotel by accident, with no booking and nowhere else to go. They called up all the hotels in the area, finding us somewhere else to stay, and made us feel welcome despite the booking mix-up! We only saw the foyer and three members of staff, but judging by first impressions, and the kindness of the staff, this place is excellent.

The hotel helped us. I was planning on staying somewhere else, but you lied to the parking space and everything else. He called the Inn and was lucky to have a number. Asked about the parking lot and the opportunity to get on the low road, they told me everything. They arrived, we met, the car was put in the closed yard, the trip was pretty good, though it was narrow, but the security guard helped direct the gate to the key. The staff is friendly. The room is good. There's some dust on the closet, but it's not critical. I liked everything. The breakfast was good. Thank you.

Pusika Inn is a small magic hotel. And all the main monuments are in close proximity, is located in a romantic and tranquil canals. This is a small hotel, but it has everything you want. Room was very clean, excellent service, they keep a smile, always ready to assist guests, you would expect a delicious breakfast (especially the great salmon). A very nice little hotel, in a fine building of the old, has a particularly warm and friendly staff,

This was our first visit to Russia. I found this hotel on the top list at Tripadvisor so we had high expectations. We order the hotels transfer service from the airport to the hotel. The driver was waiting at the airport with my name on a sign when we arrived and drive us directly to the hotel — perfect after a long time in queue for the passport control! I will recommend this transfer service (only 1350 RUB) because there are not many taxis on the airport and it’s really chaotic. I had ordered the standard welcome package (sparkling wine, fruits and candles) in our room at arrival as a romantic greeting for my wife (see my attached photos). It was great — just one little tip to the staff ; put the sparkling wine in a cooler. The rooms are of a high standard, well decorated and definitely valuing the history of the building. The bathroom is clean with proper shower room size and they provided nice toiletries (see my attached photos from room 208). The hotel location is perfect — the amazing Hermitage is only two minutes walk and it is only a couple more minutes to the famous Church of Spilled Blood. The friendly staff sincerely enjoy serving their guests and making us feel at home! The staff dealt with any request or problem immediately and were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. They also spoke very good English. The breakfast in the restaurant next door was excellent with a selection of fresh foods that never left me unsatisfied.
