A great hotel with a very serious level of security for the first persons. Historic center. St. Petersburg Dostoyevsky is near.

Mistreatment of staff, bad food, uncomfortable beds, work with booking! Scammers also cheated my Argentine friend.

Book at booking — confirmed booking! and the other day as there is micha demand they give me low! this hotel is not reliable for anything
this is not to the customers! lose the level! I call the hotel and treat me bad and I cut the phone.

Bearing in mind the very recent look of this place, I cannot but express my admiration for its modern state. Made from the heart and with love. Modern hotel in a historic location 10 minutes from Nevsky Ave. High level of service and comfort.

The best non-chain hotel I have stayed at.
Pros:-Great breakfast, on weekends with pancakes and very good red-T-shirt I washed and ironed for 2 hours!
— Live music-harp! This creates an inexpressible entourage-interior. On the corridors you can walk admiring the pictures-a great location-VIP access to the Hermitage Cons:-The room did not have a shower cabin next time will definitely stay in this hotel.

Two nights spent in this cozy inexpensive not in season hotel from the Hermitage Museum. The hotel is only 5 years old, new beautiful large rooms with modern equipment and a large comfortable king size bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. Two restaurants in the hotel-Russian and Italian, stylish interior design and harp concerts in the evening in the lobby bar, reminiscent of Grand Hotel Europe. Shuttle to the Hermitage, the opportunity to buy tickets to the presidential entrance to enter without a queue. Would recommend to anyone coming on a tour to Peter.

Perfect Beautiful building, clean, comfortable and luxurious room. Courteous, accommodating and professional staff. Informative and delightful gift shop personnel and bar staff. Restaurant has delicious food served by attentive and helpful staff. The quality of the cuisine rivals many restaurants in Paris. Strongly recommend the Chicken Kiev and sparkling Russian white wine. The breakfasts were wonderful. Already recommended hotel to friends and if we return to St Petersburg it would definitely be our first choice. This hotel was perfect for us.

Beautiful hotel! Super nice service!

This hotel was owned recently, converted from an old estate. The traditional elegance contrasts starkly with the modern amenities like touch lighting and AC in the rooms. You can buy tickets to the museum and skip the lines. Also, arrange tours and transportation. Breakfast was great. This hotel is about 4 km away from the museum. Don't make the mistake I did and assume they are nearby.

Good hotel but national conflict city.

This hotel is called as a luxury hotel in Saint Petersburg, Russia! But I can say it is a normal 5 star C! This hotel fitness and spa is too small and as a guest you must pay for Jacuzzi and pool, it is really unacceptable. It's breakfast is like 4 star hotels. Behind my room there is a company or something that every day they make lots of noise by so loud music!

I stayed there for a night only visiting Distillery's office in Saint Petersburg. The hotel was very conveniently located to our office around the corner. The room was decently sized and the service was impeccable.

Top class luxury hotel. Staff are excellent and very helpful from door staff, front desk to bar and housekeeping. Junior suite is excellent size. Hotel is only 5-8 minute walk from the main street, Nevsky Prospect (St Petersburg's Champs Elysee) and just 5 minutes walk away are dozens of good restaurants where locals eat. I looked at many hotels before booking this one and for me the benefits were much bigger rooms, location and being less noisy in a quiet area. The bonus was the staff and ambience.

Awesomeness — great service too — love it.

This hotel claims to have an indoor pool. It's actually a large hot tub and they charge $20 to use it for 2 hours. The hotel food is not fresh or well prepared. The management argue with you about minor charges. For example I am an iPreferred member and supposed to receive free breakfast, but they charged it to us when we left, which just leaves guests with a bad impression. It's too bad because the physical hotel is pretty and in good condition.

Perfect rooms, bathroom (with everything that you need), service, location (street is quiet) and food. And very nice free option of shuttle transportation to Hermitage museum.

The room was great. It is a bit far from the centre though.
