Fully equipped fitness center for every level. Plenty of free weights, squat rack, bench press, adjustable benches, dumbbells, cables et al. First time I experienced a "Blizzard Room" Opposite of a sauna. Freezing cold. The concierge was very helpful but expect to pay hefty commissions when booking tours through the hotel. An outstanding experience in every way.

Our team was there for UFC Saint Petersburg Fight Week and the hotel was beautiful: awesome gym and sauna facilities, very accommodating staff.

There's nothing to complain about, perfect cleanliness. No smells in the room, no other people's hair on the bed linen. The location is advantageous because the hotel is close to the center, but the area is not as fussy and crowded as Nevsky Avenue.

Best experience ever! All what is stated in description is true and even better, spa zone could be a reason to repeat many times. 7th floor rooms are impeccable. No issues with a service, but some employees don’t speak English. Concierge lady does prive 25% markup, but her recommendations are correct.

Great "boutique" hotel… the hotel is very nice in general, but the bar, gym and restaurant are super cozy. The restaurant is open 24 hours so that's a big plus.

This hotel is outstanding. We have eaten in three of the four restaurants. The food and service is outstanding. Our room is spacious and the overall service impeccable.

Convenient location. It's a beautiful hall. Very cool rooms. Especially beautiful pool, where there are various bath complexes. We loved it. Minus 1 point for the fact that the gym is not allowed until the age of 14.

Beautiful hotel with European flair and comfortable beds. However, it truly lacks adequate service in every way possible! Granted there are many great amenities but the staff has NO idea what how to help guests. No one was able to accommodate in making simple dinner reservations within their own restaurant! We were sent to dining room staff then concierge and later to main reception area and no one could help or knew the hours when their specialty restaurant was open! After I lodged a complaint to one of the main directors in writing that evening, I didn't even get a reply! Also, housekeeping didn't show up to clean the room. When I saw her in the hallway and asked when she's planning to clean the room, she said she doesn't have time anymore and our room will remain uncleaned as few others on the floor the she didn't have time to clean. Seriously?! In short, it's a European hotel with a Soviet service!

Super hotel, close to a suite. Own spa, swimming pools, baths of different nationalities and even a room with snow. For breakfast — unless there is only black caviar, cold champagne is:) all the sights and Nevsky Avenue are within walking distance. Convenient underground parking. Of the cons: the spa area is not allowed with children after 6 p. M.

There are many different saunas and steam rooms for every taste, there are sunbeds and a bar. Very beautiful design. There are simulators, large locker room, fans. Up to 16-00 cost 990 rubles, then 1490 p. The hotel itself is located in the historic part of St. Petersburg, parking is most convenient at the institute Otto, there you can find a place. Excellent Wellness centre: Functional gym, excellent cycle hall with imitation of cross-country driving. The spa complex is large but the water in the pool is holodnovata. Prices for a single visit bite, it is better to take a month pass. Crowded.

Excellent, purely Finnish methat in the heart of St. Petersburg. Everything is neat, clean, the vigardeg cafe is very tasty salads. Great gym and spa. Often problems with parking nearby. But you can find a place within five minutes. It's a very cozy place.

The spa area in this hotel is simply gorgeous and amazing. It is necessary to just go separately sometimes (there is such an opportunity — to buy a visit to a separate spa). It is especially good in the morning, when the windows are dawn. There are also very tasty fresh juices.
On the ground floor in the recess sells very expensive, but very tasty ice cream.
The numbers themselves did not cause any special feelings — just all is well, without complaints.

The location is excellent, the service is great. The spa area is worthy of individual praise. The pool is simple, there is a separate children's pool. Several different baths for every taste. Ice room, cold water font (10 degrees), small bar. A variety of massages and spa treatments are also available. There is a sports hall. The rooms are standard, clean. There was a problem with the room (buzzed electric), we were immediately offered to replace the room on the equivalent. An extra bed was delivered in 10 minutes. There is also a restaurant and a bar. The restaurant has an interesting menu, but the implementation is lame. Most of the dishes were not salty, the dish from chef Ossobuco served quite cold! Like the chocolate stock. The comments were calm and at the end of the dinner brought a compliment from the chef as an apology: a magnificent cheesecake and berry plate. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

This hotel is by me really recommended. All the rooms have a high standard, the facilitaire are magnificent andere the kitchenette is culinary high principled.

Nice hotel, but not five stars.
The room was clean. Every day two-three bottles of 0, 6 litres put after cleaning. Cleaning is so-so. The child found an old empty pack of plaster under the bed, which seems to have remained there from the previous occupants. When settling in the bathroom mihal a light bulb, it was promptly replaced by a call at the reception. However, the sheets and the extra blanket had to be asked four times. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Good breakfast, but on holidays there were so many people that it was not always possible to sit at once at the table. The furniture in the rooms is quite an. Spacious safe, laptop is easily. Noise. The family lived next door with a small child who was yelling and it was well heard. The view from the room was to the courtyard where the residential building is located. Yard without cars, quite quiet.
Toilet with a frosted glass door. Not reach the ceiling. It's a bad decision. The door to the bathroom is also not tightly closed, nothing prevents odors to spread to the room.

Great St. Petersburg hotel! Very stylish inside, large rooms, lovely breakfast, bed just airy with lots of pillows. It is very convenient to go down in robes in a special elevator in the hotel spa. The spa is open until 23.00, which is important. There's a fireplace in the lobby. The owner has a great taste! Thank you! The wish is to lower the prices for breakfast and food in the room.

The hotel for the center of St. Petersburg is simply chic: the room is spacious with a balcony, a complete set of hygienic accessories, a kettle with a set of Teas-coffee-cocoa and even an ironing Board. The hotel has a free spa area: a very beautiful pool with separate Areas-jacuzzi and Saunas. The spa can be accessed by a separate elevator right in the bathrobe and slippers in each room. The day off at the spa just fell through.
One of the highest prices for a spa in the city, it was possible to approach the service differently. Towels, sneakers, robes for rent and for some money? Well, OK. Only here behind the robe forced to run several times, they ran out. And from the spa to the reception will have to overcome not a small way through the changing rooms, the stairs to the other floor and through the showers in the recreation area.
In the recreation area there is a bar, but all cocktails are cheap on the chemical syrup itself, and stand like a good smoothie on nut milk. Excellent hotel. The heated bathroom tile is an excellent touch. There is a great pool and spa area although the sign and usage is really confusing. The breakfast has a wide variety of items available both hot and cold. Loved the stay and the look.

Ya, it's nice, but why a kitchen if you don't provide anything. No utensils, no pans/pots, no paper towels, no salt/paper. Literally, zero things in the drawers. A TV, but I cannot rent movies. They charged me 300R to come up and open a bottle of wine.

This hotel is fantastic! You have buildings inside buildings here! You get restaurants, bars, a lobby with fireplaces, one out of the only 5 restaurants in the world that offer dining in the darkness (your taste and smell senses are stronger cause sight is removed), waiters are serving you with night vision goggles. Also this place has "the best" spa center in the city of Saint Petersburg making it such a great place you might end up not going out at all. The breakfast is really good, it caters food of any sort from Russian and western continental. Don't forget sparkly wine is served at breakfast for free which makes it more exclusive than ever. I hardly ever give 5 stars, it really has to be a great place. This one deserves it. 2 negative notes that still din't make it go down to a 4 star rating: — The waiters look extremely exhausted and unhappy. At least some of them. — The beds are a bit uncomfortable and the blankets are single blankets, so if you're a big person you might end up uncovering yourself in your sleep. Toiletries are fantastic, view is outstanding if you're lucky to get the river side. Lobby is outstanding, reception could be better they make you wait on some occasions I've been put on hold twice both times I called. Location is great, 15 minutes walk from the winter Palace. Super recommended, the spa is included in the stay. What a bargain.

Didn't enjoy the experience one bit. Very poor for a 5 star hotel. I will never go back there. 6 Stars for the City of St Petersburg though. What an amazing city?

Has amazing suite rooms. Not much of a view that I had, unless you count near by wall or an empty parking type of space as a view. Staff are friendly. 20-30 minutes from touristic areas and only few minutrs away from river Neva. Important note: if you are looking for some cultural events, please do not buy tickets from the concierge if they recommend the "Swan lake" ballet. It is a shockingly bad performance in another hotel, for a mini fortune of a price. If you want to see the famous ballet, please buy tickets online in a real theater. It will be the real deal and the price will be cheaper!

Excellent Wellness center. It's one of the best gyms I gave come across with Hammersmith machines. There are 8 different saunas to try including a cold room with — 14 degrees temperature. Location is good… 10 minute walk to the city.

For St. Petersburg quietly and yet centrally located hotel. Great breakfast and very nice swimming pool. Suitable also for children. They can also stay only up to 18 30 there. Stupid just after a tiring day. The rooms are not 5 star. Damaged doors and wallpaper.

Stayed in a Spa hotel, there were no Bathrobe in the room, and settled into an uncleaned room. The robe I was promised all day, so in the end and did not bring. For a hotel of this level is unacceptable.

We were at the beginning of December! The hotel do not qualify for the 5*! But in the inside all nice and cool! And all the more like the pool and nothing else in it and no! The rooms are not fresh and the TV 5каналов just awful ( ( ( (And a lot of things not clear, little useful information! …

Comfortable spacious rooms, fantastic buffet breakfast (which is cheaper online than in person) and a huge pool/ saunas/ gym area. The towels are terrible though, really old and scratchy! It's a bit out from the main area — nevsky Street but it's close to attractions and there's a metro 5 minutes away if you don't want to walk. Metro only costs 31 rubles so it's cheap!

The hotel is new and beautiful, near the center. Difficult with Parking.
