A hotel very well located a few steps from the Hermitage museum. The Nevsky Prospect is also very close. The staff is very friendly, polite, helpful, attentive. The lobby is nice, a bar and teas and a bar offer choice of extensive alcoholic beverages non-alcoholic beverages and some cookies to snack on, pastries, salty snacks. The rooms are unfortunately badly soundproofed, the doors, slaps and shake the entire household. The room is overheated, despite the settings of the staff. No coffee maker available, a pity, but many small touches (chocolates, fruit, water…)
The restaurant is located on the top floor offers a magnificent view of Saint Petersburg, but watch the wallet! The price / quality ratio is not at the appointment, the price of wines and champagnes is prohibitive. French Cuisine with little elaboration (blanquette, bourguignon). Other restaurants offer a cooked-more sophisticated a few streets and a very good quality / price ratio (UNA). For our eve of Christmas we were expecting better from a 5 star. Thank you to all the staff!

Within a stones throw of the Winter Palace, great staff team and beautiful surroundings. Nothing not to like.

Great location for The Hermitage.

The best views of St. Petersburg! As well as delicious coffee and a great assortment of delicious dishes and drinks, you can try it in the restaurant “Bellevue”.

The beautiful photos of the hotel advertisements seduced us into becoming guests of this place. As soon as we entered the room, immediately amazed at the small size of the room, in the bathroom there was someone's black hair, apparently a bath after the congress of previous tenants no one washed, the view from the window opened "Old Petersburg" in all its glory on the rusty roofs and ruins of buildings. Shabby furniture and a broken drawer bedside table (no matter how much you try to close it takes the previous position), the glassware is carefully painted with water emulsion paint. The double bed consisted of two shifted beds and mattresses, plus there can only be one, if you constantly argue with whom one has more space, this bed allows you to perfectly divide everything equally and you will feel it. There's no swimming pool, and the sauna and gym resemble an old school locker room if it's shoved onto the roof. Of the 6 days we stayed only 2, as it all resembled some cheap 3 star hotel, for 18, 000 p (without breakfast). This hotel is not worthy of 5 stars and do not know who even gave them the right to be called so. Of the pluses, only the location.

We took two tea party options — Deluxe and traditional English. Their difference only in assorted finger sandwiches.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the Hermitage and most other major tourist attractions. A very classy lobby along with friendly staff. Though the rooms are of a medium size they have a lavish and well thought out menu for healthy and unhealthy eaters. Would highly recommend if you ever are in St Petersburg.

The luxury hotel offers a beautiful view of the river. The rooms are in good condition but I've been to the best. There are a lot of places to eat nearby and all of them are not very expensive. I would also like to recommend a place which is located next to the ship-restaurant Dutchman. The place there is very beautiful and cheaper than the Dutchman. The restaurant is executed in native Russian style and with the real Russian cuisine. Very nice place and very tasty. Called Mari Vanna. If you go there be sure to ask for a table at the window the view there is stunning.

Location in the city centre very close to the hermitage palace. Excellence room. View from room to outside is not always good depends on room location… food is excellence. Service excellence…

Excellent service, great accommodation, staff with a smile, only negative comment is the air conditioning. The lady in red near the reception was excellent, Ksinia. She did the English translation to the maintenance man for us.

Of the amenities nearby of course the Hermitage, the house of the giant, the cinema in walking distance, but with shops and good restaurants are not expensive tense. We have discovered a good place for petropal, with a beautiful view and original style of the restaurant itself. The food is not expensive, the portions are good, the service is decent. The place is called Marie Bath, it's just loved by my wife and I, so if you're somewhere in that land, be sure to come in)

What I can't stand when the windows are boarded up, maybe my problems — I feel bad from the air conditioner and I woke up with a sore head and swelling. But here is a poorly working Internet in a five-star hotel is just a disgrace. The staff are very friendly.

Pure luxury hotel. Only complaint was no tea or coffee in our room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable. Food great.

Very classical hotel location can be very convenient to enjoy the Winter Palace and Neva River Night View reception staff is basically very thoughtful and courteous room is small but dry and wet separation compared to the attic room type of ordinary room type space is larger breakfast need to order but delicious overall live is still quite comfortable.

The Bellevue restaurant on the rooftop is above all praise. Service, food, atmosphere. Absolutely everything is perfect here.

Beautiful 5-Star Real hotel in the heart of St. Petersburg and a few metres from the Ermitage Museum. Excellent Service and very attentive. You Have to ask for rooms with a view back to one of the most beautiful churches in the city, that of San Salvador on the spilled blood. An Authentic Kempinski Hotel of 5 or more stars: perfect in everything. I'M sure I'll stay at this wonderful hotel again.

Dear Mr. Zaglmann, Over-all we do love the Kempinski at Moika 22. Our return to STP had a lot to do with your hotel and the way it is staffed with very nice and real service oriented people. I am sure it is your talent to hire pleasing and nice personnel for the Beau Rivage Brunch room where we enjoyed the finest hospitality 3 Years ago when Elena was the Maître ‘D and equally hospitable Anastasia at our recent stay between 10 April to 22 April 2018. Also among all the fine servers Anastasia & Valeria were exceptionally attentive. Kudos to Alina, the red dress person for her computer assistance. Now some small brick bats for possible improvement; from the 19. April the espresso coffee has not tasted nearly as good as before. BTW wherever we travel default for the best espresso in the world we find McDonald restaurant’s is the tastiest. However I realize that “gustibus non est disputandum”. The Concierge service person Christine (dark haired young lady) has sent me into the Metro system with my painful legs saying that the stairs are all escalators. Not realizing that a person with a handicap not only thinking about the major escalators into the bowels of the underground but the many series of smaller set of stairs we encountered at the Metro station. I actually did ask her just prior, what makes her qualified for her job, to which she said; living in STP.

The location is five plus. Very cozy. Breakfasts are delicious. There is a Jacuzzi with a kick view of the city and an open porch on the roof.

A hotel located in the historical centre of St. Petersburg from which you can reach the Hermitage, Det Nevsky Prospekt, the Russian Museum and even the Peter and Paul's fortress in just a few steps.
The bar is a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or a busy business day.
With a very positive overall impression, however, the building's technical design leaves a lot to be desired at one point or another.

5 Star Hotel in Saint Petersburg on the banks of one of the canals one block from the Hermitage Museum and very close to the Church of the Blood shed.

I like this hotel from all aspects. They are very detailed about everything, for example in addition to their normal services, they could find circus and ballet show tickets for me while similar 5 star hotel in Moscow just replied tickets are not available without advising for alternatives.

Very small rooms and bathroom. Just big lobby. Very beautiful view of 9th floor restaurant.

Great location. Efficient and friendly staff unlike many in restaurants and museums. Located on the edge of a canal a few hundred meters from the Hermitage and close to the main palaces and churches. Many visits can be made on foot. Very nice lounge bar. Rooftop terrace and restaurant with magnificent views of the city at 360 degrees.

Offer traditional English afternoon tea in the tea room. But the room itself is not very cozy. High-level service, albeit long.

Great location. Close to the Hermitage palace and all the historic and touristic attractions, while still being in a urban-commercial area. A short walk to the Nevsky Prospekt. Not far from the Mikhailovsky Theatre, the St Isaac's Cathedral, the Kazan Cathedral and Spilled Blood Church. The room was great. Amazing service. Loved the heated towel racks. The concierges are really good. They recommended good restaurants, managed reservations and pointed out the best route to get there using subway, a must try experience if you visit St. Petersburg. Would definitely come back.
