No way it is a 5 star property, will marginally pass as a 4 star. I had requested the hotel a night before for early check in as I was traveling from Moscow with my 2 children. We reached hotel at 9 am but were not given room till sharp 2 pm. Small lobby with very bad color choice of the interior in entire hotel. Had to change from floor 6 which is in your eyes RED in color (even the rooms) to 2nd floor which was equally bad — Green in color. (even the rooms) Cleanliness is a question mark, it was evident when bath tub was filled with water and the dirt was floating all over. Informed reception about this but to my surprise it was taken very lightly and was kinda acceptable. Breakfast spread is minimum and you have to pay for most of the decent menu. I am sure there are better properties in the area.

Centrally located, grand hotel with terrific amenities, concierge, restaurant, bar, fitness center, saunas and spa.

Centrally located hotel with very attentive staff. Breakfast with delicious breads and everything needed. Restaurant is also recommended for dinner. Mansard Room Booked, unfortunately no window to open, but that was previously known. Air conditioning available.

Some wall colors in the rooms are a matter of taste, but otherwise very clean and friendly. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and the breakfast buffet very good and lush.

Everything's fine. The only problem is the cleaning in the rooms, in difficult-accessible places are almost not cleaned. Further about the good: breakfasts are tasty, on the first floor constantly some interactive, then lectures, something else, the staff is pleasant and not intrusive. There is a special atmosphere in the place, very pleasant please note.

Quite possibly one of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff went far beyond the norm to ensure that we had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and in St. Petersburg in general. Everyone spoke English, and special requests were quickly and easily knocked out. Plus, the hotel is flat out gorgeous (you'll definitely want to touch the velvet wallpaper! ). Just a few blocks from St. Isaac's Cathedral, and within walking distance of the Hermitage. Couldn't ask for a better location or better staff. If you're going to St. Petersburb, you MUST stay here!

Stayed at the hotel three times. Service at the highest level. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu is varied, for all tastes, cooked tasty. Recommend.

Oooo! This place prevozoshlo all my expectations. You open the door a lovely man and greets in two languages, the reception welcome and polite people, the interior itself endowed luxury and quality! Getting into this place feels at the height. We were in a superior hotel-there is a huge bath! The room was emerald color (my favorite). Booked breakfast in the room for two (scrambled eggs with bacon, porridge and two fresh juices-600 p), quickly moved and was very tasty. The price for the night is 6200, but it was a gift from the restaurant in which the wedding was celebrated-so were very pleased and under a great impression!

Nice cosy hotel, a little bit hidden, with very nice staff and big clean rooms besides the river in the very heart of the city. Delicious breakfast. We warmly reccomand.

Loved this hotel and staff so much that I almost want to keep it a secret and all to myself but they truly deserve a great review. My wife and I stayed two nights in December and the Domina St. Petersburg exceeded my expectations. Every staff member from the doorman, front desk, concierge, bar backs to cleaning crew were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. One of the focus points of the St. Petersburg portion of our Russia trip was to see the Nutcracker at the Mariinsky theater and this particular property was well located to that venue. Can't say enough good about our experience at this hotel Thank you hotel Domina!

Very nice hotel. Service at 7 out of 5. Customer orientation. Good breakfast. The main menu is very expensive. The hotel is only positive! The room contains all the necessary functions, a set for guests. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service is top notch! And very soft beds and plush linens! We recommend the two-storey room, there is cool!

Great hotel. When we are in St. Petersburg, we only stay here. Burgers are very expensive, but what a magical hot chocolate!
Continuation-six months later. Arrived at 12, room was given without problems. But, having come, found that the room and bathroom shower. Replaced. However, the bed was doubled, rushed all night in the pit. Replaced in the morning. The breakfast is magnificent, only the food is good.

Nice hotel. Large rooms and bathrooms. Service and service are good, some rooms require cosmetics but it doesn't bother. Free parking, the possibility of booking a parking place is a big plus.

This is truly a very nice hotel. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nicely setup. The breakfast here is amazing, lots to choose from.

Coming to Peter, we always stay in Domina. The hotel is super, including compared to European.

Really expensive hotel. (Fatku for 4 stars). Compared to 5 * in St. Petersburg, it does not reach 5 *. New, modest very. The interior of the rooms is dark. Furniture made of chipboard or MDF, restaurant Temnovat, breakfasts modest, breakfast service, as in the dining room, lobby-Halls 3 *-4 *-no more. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would not like to see people working in this sphere who are hard to smile sincerely. It is still often a vacation for visitors and so do not want to spoil it emotional prairie with the staff. Very nice and quiet hotel. In the center.

I remove this hotel from the list of visited forever:
1. Replacement number. In my room with a "mansard" windows were not opened (from the word "totally"), the room was changed with a surcharge, which was a third of the cost of the room. For this third I got an open window, a two-tone color scheme of the interior, in contrast to the cheerful previous, a robe with the hotel label (in the last room was just a robe), a combined bedroom with a hallway (in the past there was a separation) and corkscrew! corkscrew, which I could not open a bottle of wine (and I, so on a second, went camping in the pioneer childhood, who understands what I) ) ).
2. Soundproofing (what is it? ). I heard and understood some untranslatable Italian bedding dialect, feeling like a third! Although I returned to the hotel only at six in the morning and not very sober (there were circumstances, you know). Well, I'm not a prude, I'm a sinner myself. I was glad that our cultural capital calls to such emotions!
4. With the Russians at the front desk communicate only interjections. Only.

This is truly a very nice hotel. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nicely setup.

The hotel with a claim for 5 stars, but … Sound insulation not for two days we regularly hear sexy moans from neighbouring rooms and their loud tv. Room overlooking the promenade on great footage, and in fact because of the layout is not very.
Restaurant tasty but without raisins, sterile kitchen. Ah, Yes … I almost forgot we were in the winter, the room was cold!

Comfort, everything is well thought out, for a quality stay, staff is very helpful, smiling, is always listening to your wishes. The hotel has the slot floor, a gym, with all the material, necessary to maintain your fitness with sauna, all this is included in the rate of your formula. The breakfasts are varied, is very good, we have not tried the restaurant, but room service that can get you in the Belgian House of great Burger, with fries. It is an excellent address in St. Petersburg, at the center of all the wonders of this city.

No matter smoking is not allowed, Domina Prestige Hotel has most confortable BED I ve ever had. Nice position, whole center of St. Peterburg is near by.

Perfect home in St-Petersburg!
