Before booking I contacted the hotel as much as the hotel is quiet.
I was assured that I could be calm.
But, apparently, the employees are so eager for money that they say whatever you want, just pay the money! I was met by an employee without a mask and gloves. The girl answered my bewilderment — and I live here! Super! I don't!
The requirements of the Russian consumer watchdog do not apply here.
On arrival I was offered a room with a door to the kitchen and reception! Is it quiet?
The employee began to assure that the guests do not make noise and she will follow it in the morning! That is, if the guests do not go with a bayan and do not beat each other, it is super silence according to the employee, apparently!
And the fact that people walk, talk, slam doors — it does not count.
To my bewilderment the employee offered another Super quiet place: the apartment! For more than two hours, I waited for her to be prepared. When approaching the house I asked: it is exactly quiet and safe, well, of course I received the answer : YES, do not doubt!

Late in the evening I started banging on the door! I called the hotel employee, she calmly answered — call the police or sit in the room in the kitchen.
I tried to change the hotel! Naturally, I refused to return the money!
Conclusion: the client is no one!
