The room is warm, there are no questions about cleaning or changing linen. Upon request, the issue with the uncomfortable mattress was resolved within a day.

Nearby is a city park and a nightclub.
They give you breakfast in the morning, which is already included in the price, very tasty.

A convenient hotel for a couple or a group, we came for the New Year holidays, everything was thought out and comfortable for a reasonable price, we had a great time and will definitely come back

It's even better here in the off-season than in season; it's quiet and warm. You can see the mountains from the window. Remote check-in and check-out are available. I recommend it any time of year.

The room is not big, but it's ok for a couple of days. The hallway and bathroom have heated floors, which is a nice bonus for such a harsh place.

Called out and say thanks to front desk again:) We booked a car to go back to Murmansk but the car was broken. We are so worried that we can't catch the flight on time.

A fantastic hotel! You can watch the aurora borealis from your room.

We visited the Ark in August 2024. The tour was excellently organized.

The room is clean, the toilets, shower, and kitchen are equipped with everything you need, and they're neat and tidy.

The lady managing the place was very sweet. Due to late night flight we needed a place for a couple of hours and found this. She allowed us to check in early and allowed us to use the kitchen.

The location is excellent, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby, and the apartment itself is very cozy. The manager was always available, and any questions we had were resolved without issue.

Contactless check-in. The manager is always available. It's fairly clean, has a good hairdryer, and cotton pads and swabs are available. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

We chose this place primarily for its location: close to the city center, less than 10 minutes by bus to the train station.

The hostel is located in a dormitory and generally embodies the spirit of a dormitory. The beds are comfortable, albeit metal. The kitchen is the best thing about this hostel.

Thank you for the warm welcome and attentive attitude of the staff at not the best time of year for traveling. It just so happened that the business trip coincided with the coldest period in Murmansk.

I came to Murmansk on business and stayed at the Gloria Hotel. I was satisfied with everything, a cozy, clean, bright room. Calm and kind atmosphere.

Comfortable and beautiful base. The room surprised me — practically European 4 stars.
The main service for us was transportation by boat to the south of Kovdozero, 30 km away, and return delivery.

It’s not the first time I’ve come to this place, and it certainly won’t be the last, it’s so calm and nice here! There is something to compare with and this place is in a leading position!

We were in this hotel 3 years ago, now the shower and toilet units have been renovated, but the kitchen has become smaller. I think excellent housing for affordable money in Teriberka.

The administrator and manager were absent. The audibility is strong, as others write. The showers and toilets are clean, there are no queues. We did not use the shared kitchen.

Normal hotel. More or less clean. The staff is friendly. The windows in our room were located very low to the ground. Luckily there were blinds and curtains.

There is an unrealistic amount of public transport. For every taste.

My family highly recommends this hotel. The room with a small attic is absolutely beautiful. The scenery outside can be seen from the small window. It is amazing when it snows.

The shower, if you can call it that, behind a screen together with the toilet, you actually wash on the floor, and if at that moment someone is on the toilet, then you wash together!

Excellent mini hotel, nice staff, and most importantly, everything is new and well made! I RECOMMEND!

The hotel is not bad. I am very pleased to have a free gym with barbells and dumbbells. Very polite staff, they can give you any utensils. The food is served in large portions.

Nice, new cabins right in the forest. Everything is clean and beautiful, and check-in is contactless at any time of day. There's a barbecue area and all the necessary barbecue equipment.

Cozy, great location (surrounded by forest), neat, dishes, furniture.
Definitely missing is a dining table (instead of a coffee table). Also missing is a closet for hanging clothes.

It’s a good view to the city but you have to take a taxi to the town, the rooms are old school and restaurant doesn’t have fresh food.

The room is gigantic. The bathroom is bigger than my kitchen. Everything is clean and quiet.
The location isn't great, I suppose; you have to make detours across the highway.

Really great to stay outside of the city a little bit. They have a sauna that isn’t included in the price unfortunately. It’s roughly 8, 000 rubles. It’s nice to be able to book it privately though.

The house is decent, but the owner was soooo helpful! Outside is a fairy tail to stay! 10/10 to the owner n staff.
