I liked the location of this hotel. Literally two minutes walk from the train station Paveletsky. The personnel was real service oriented, like they couldn't do enough for us. The lobby is small though. The are around is good, many coffee shops, grill houses, pubs and restaurants. It's in the middle of office buildings, so quite safe there.

Good hotel. Exactly as you expect from an international chain. Some troubles with Wi-Fi were fixed by the staff in reasonable time.

Very clean, close to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and Metro Station. Staff are very helpful. Housekeeping can be trusted. Even if you left your valuables, when you come back, it will still be in the same place where you left it.

Upscale hotel right next to the Paveltsky Railway Terminal train station. Ideal if you come with the Areoexpress of Domodedovo and want to be centrally located. Clean and well furnished rooms and a reasonable price-/performance ratio for Moscow conditions. Despite the central location quiet rooms.

Right around the corner from Paveletskaya station so it's perfect for DME flights. Breakfast is excellent, rooms are clean and relatively modern. Parking is convenient and Boston seafood restaurant nearby is very good.

The price and service differ a lot, although the hotel is centrally located and you have the train and the railway nearby, for that price you get a much better service in another hotel. First I will say the staff and the room were adequate. One place it falls short is the restaurant. Be prepared to ask for everything well done unless you want it bleeding. After asking twice for a well done burger at the bistro, they twice brought me a blue rare burger. The chef looked like he was maybe 19. Even the breakfast scrambled eggs and bacon were still raw. Kitchen needs work. Other shortfall is price. The restaurant is more expensive than the restaurants in the area, and not nearly as nice. I recommend Torro Grill or Boston Seafood next door. The other ridiculous price is laundry. 500 rub for underwear? Was going to do laundry until I found out it would cost me 200 dollars for 1 bag. What is going on, and who has the wheel? If I wasnt interested in the rewards, and my office nearby, I would certainly be elsewhere. Update. Second stay and I was mandatorily upgraded to a superior room, at my expense, due to overbooking. The superior is identical to the regular rooms except it has a bath robe and costs 2000 rubles more per night… Manager is nice but not willing to negotiate in any way. Will be my last stay here.

Very small rooms, very small restaurant and to far from any other place to eat, to visit the city you need to take the subway or the trolleybus.
