  Deposit is required. Cost: 4,000 ₽ per room per stay.

  The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

  Additional services are paid separately from the deposit, immediately after provision, by bank transfer. These include manager assistance, manager or technician visit upon request, check-in from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM, an extra set of bed linen, use of a washing machine outside the apartment, and damage, contamination, or loss of property such as an iron, hairdryer, ironing board, bed linen, microwave oven, tableware, keys, or a coded safe. The cost is ₽ 2500 for each service. Damage or contamination of interior elements including walls of 0.5 sq. m, floors of 0.5 sq. m, furniture, curtains, or carpets is charged at ₽ 4500 per item. Use of a hygiene kit, luggage storage, and early check-in 1 hour earlier are charged at ₽ 1000 for each service. Accommodation with pets costs ₽ 4000.00. Late check-out 1 hour later, if agreed no later than 24 hours before departure, is charged at ₽ 1000.00; if agreed later, the fee is ₽ 2000.00. A commission of ₽ 1000 per item applies when service costs are withheld from the deposit.

  Bed linen is provided as follows: for 2 guests — 3 towels, 1 sheet, 1 duvet, 2 pillows with pillowcases; for 3 guests — 4 towels, 2 sheets, 2 duvets, 3 pillows with pillowcases.
