The Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow is by far my favorite hotel in Moscow and among my favorites in the world. The rooms are world class, the staff friendly and attentive and the location is within easy walking distance for all of the major sites. My room on the 9th floor with a massive panorama picture window allows a for a view from Tsum in the foreground all the way to the Ostankino tower in the distance; furnishings and amenities are simply perfect — you won’t want to leave your room! The food is great, the internet fast and reliable and guest relations and the concierge desk go beyond my already high expectations. I loved the hotel so much I’ve already made reservations to return.

It's delicious, it's beautiful. But the waiters in the restaurant start a little slowly. 30 waited for drinks before the meal.

Lovely breakfasts, great lounge on the roof, everything is gorgeous. Waiters Aslydin and Dilshod in the restaurant at breakfasts are very attentive and guest.

Ideally located. Walking distance to all landmarks sites of Moscow and service is excellent. Very well groomed staff.

Comfortable central location. Majority of attractions and F&B outlets are within 15-30 minutes walking distance. Rooms are big. We stayed in Deluxe category — recommended. However there was absolutely no view from the room, our room was facing internal constructions roof : — ( All day dining breakfast and service was super! Did not have enough time to explore hotel facilities. Rate wise I found it expensive, with average of USD 500 + per room per night during off season, especially if compare what you get for money spent. Would I stay again — not sure. Overall experience is good.

Good location matching the expected standing, do not hesitate to ask for the pancakes at breakfast they are served with fruit, they are excellent, on the other hand you have to be patient, the service is a little long.

Impressive design very modern and luxurious, its staff very friendly and spacious facilities, is close to the Bolshoy theatre, making it a very strategic location, ideal for events or conventions.

An older hotel when compared to the Ritz & Four Seasons. But it is quite a practical place for conferences. Very neat and nice conference rooms for business meetings.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Moscow, two minutes away from the Red square. The staff is extremely polite, efficient and welcoming. I adored the beautiful dinner on its rooftop, from which one can admire the city's extraordinary view.

Nice hotel, one of the best in the area, just make sure you are in a higher level or on the side that does not face the nightclubs as the windows are not sound proof and they party until early in the morning. Call ahead and they will make sure you are not on that side. Great location, walking distance to top attractions but for the same reason traffic at rush hour is bad to get there or out.

High quality service! Very friendly staff, this is Russia different unusual places! Room is very big, very good. Very clean. There pretty good coffee machine in the room. Location was great, breakfast was good, with lots of food to choose from, including fresh fruit.

Happy hour time here yesterday. Staff is very kind (reception, bar, hall), the rooftop bar is great. I suggest to go there when the sun goes down. Hope to be your guest in the future.

Judging by the price, this hotel is the best coffee in Moscow. Really everything is expensive here.

I had a pleasant stay here while visiting Moscow. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was free Wi-Fi, a fitness room on the third floor, and complimentary toiletries provided. There is a bar adjoining the hotel on one side and a cafe on the other side. It is centrally located in Moscow. The bathroom in my room was a bit small and the shower faucet a bit confusing to operate, but it's no big deal. Overall a nice place to stay and definitely recommended.

I am a member of a spa hotel Hyatt every Friday I am going there to the swimming pool I would recommend this hotel to all tourists. As I am Russian it is really nice place to go.

We have found the lighting poor, designed by men, for men. Bathroom is very dull.

All services of the hotel and even butterflies groomed and ready to brighten up your loneliness.

Hookers in the lobby and bar on the 10th floor after midnight — every night. The management most definitely knows about what's going on — and most likely are in on the deal. If you stay out late and return to the hotel in the wee morning hours you are guaranteed to see no one but two or three hookers and a couple of security personnel in the lobby. The girls usually just stare at you provocatively as you are walking to the elevators, but sometimes get bold and start a conversation, or even follow you to the elevator and all the way to the door of your room — openly offering sex for money. If this is your kind of thing, you might like that (as the girls are good looking ;-), but I think this is way too cheesy and not acceptable in a hotel that strives to be high class. Also keep in mind that (I was told) the girls are probably in cahoots with the hotel's security/management. Creepy. Otherwise, the hotel and service are ok, not any different from the other Hyatts I have seen around the world, but significantly more expensive than most. Hookers and overpriced services are something to expect if you are traveling to Moscow though.
