Everything was just perfect, we spent our night at O2 lounge and the service was pretty good. But I have to complain the attitude of the security guard of the hotel, he was so rude and he didn’t want to answer our questions and we felt uncomfortable by talking with him. Bearing in mind, we talked in both languages Russian and English and he refused to answer our questions, you should take care of who you are hiring in your hotel, otherwise the rate of the hotel will be “zero”. Thank you!

I like the Golden Showers suite. Great service. A tad slow. Needs better lighting. Also, the camera slot in the TV and AC needs widening in my view. Free laser pens a plus. Thanks guys. Great banter, as always.

For someone who booked and paid 4 nights at the full rate, we have been denied an early-check in, even though there were rooms available. They wanted to charge us 50% of the room price! This is unacceptable and we will not be recommending the hotel anymore.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Ritz. Location is good, very nearby the Red Square and shopping districts and malls. The breakfast buffet is nice too. I went to the O2 lounge and had an enjoyable evening with amazing views.

A very grand hotel, with luxurious rooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable ones that you can just sink into, along with pillow options. The bathroom is big, with heated towel racks so your towels dry nicely. Impressed with their speed of service when you request amenities. They are extremely responsive.

Ritz Carlton Almaty is much better by far than this in Moscow… When I stayed there I was very disappointing with the attention, service and rooms provided… The only good thing I have to accept was the breakfast, really good… The location of this hotel is good and is extremely expensive! I wouldn't mind the cost I pay if the attention would be good… I noticed there are better options near this place with attractive prices and services… I wouldn't come back to this hotel If I return to Moscow… If you are planning to book in this hotel I suggest to think twice and search a little bit more for better options…

Well located opposite to red square. Everything is almost walking distance. They have a very cool rooftop terrace with great food and views. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable.

The main facade looks really good. But the glass parapet of the highest floor looks a bit occasional due to difference between luxurious stone facade and blueish glass of the former. Interior of the main hall is interesting and cosy with it's warm colours. There also a musician playing on the piano completing the atmosphere. It's only my humble opinion, but the classic Corinthian pylons of the main hall contrast rather hard with glass and metal of the canopy with is near to the entrance, on the street. The sight from the roof of the building left unforgettable impression: the whole Moscow is in reach of an eye. There is also a vault-like space inside the building crowned with glass roof. It is illumination depends on the weather outside. The service is very friendly and adequate. You also can walk in freely.

A world-renowned hotel. And that's it. The first time I see that at the Ritz-Carlton at 14:00 can not check in and say that the cleaning needs another 40 minutes — go sit in the lobby. Very customer-oriented. The most interesting thing is that the Ritz in Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Boston have their customers ready to carry. For this and choose the hotel of this brand, respected Ritz-Carlton Moscow.

This place has a great and amazing view, however the food and service was horrible. We ordered the ribeye well done, it came to us basically raw. The O2 burger that we were served looked like it had been sitting for 30 minutes before we had gotten it. Something you would expect from McDonald's, too much sauce, burger slips out from between the bun, old lettuce. The only decent food was the small cookies I was served with my espresso. Certainly not coming back to this place. And 5000 rubles for a hookah? What a rip-off.

One of the best hotels in Moscow. Lovely rooms, cleanliness, great service, can forget about the problems, enjoy the life and the view from the window. Good restaurant downstairs (Novikov), 2 Lounge with a review platform.

Along with the Kempinski, Metrofield and several other hotels are included in the major League of the Moscow Hotel complex. Built more than 10 years ago on the site of the Intourist building, was planned fundamentally and for centuries. That is why you will not find any experimental design delights there. Everything is top notch. Separately it is necessary to allocate 02 restaurant on a roof probably the most pompous place in Moscow. The lobby bar is good, but some of its zest does not have in contrast to the same Kempinski, where it seems to be easier. Rooms, service, etc are immaculate, but a little bit of emotion and intimacy. My room was wonderful and comfortable. Very much 5 star. You don't get gushing hotel service, but it's efficient and helpful, no issue at all for me. (You'd expect a porter at this sort of hotel at the driveway to help bring your bags in, but I didn't see any. ) Didn't do much there, but I did enjoy the breakfast, and was open very I think after midday when I strolled in after a good sleep in. Can't get more in the centre of Moscow. Attached couple of photos from the room showing how close to the Kremlin.

Staff was really not helpful, lazy and not friendly at all. I came there to take forgotten belongings for a friend of mine, and the stuff didn't even bother looking for the letter my friend send them, they simply told me that they don't know anything and I should go away. Chairs are cozy thought.

Everything was fine, but the remark to the kitchen: salt from one type of meat and without capers is not salt, besides at this price. But our hauskiper Gulnura is just a delight and if the manager reads reviews, then encourage her.

I think I spend more than a year with the number of nights since 10 years at the Ritz Carlton In Moscow. All the room have a god set up, the club room with the club floor is really valuable and we will not be disappointed for the extra cost of it. The view on the club lounge and the O2 bar on the 12 floor is stunning. The service is a real 5 stars service. The location is exactly where you want to be in Moscow…

We have been to O2 lounge, Its nice view there, but only from one side, other side is covered. If you want to get the view side book in advance, but even though it is not a quarantee. We have booked but we still couldnt get table with view. I did not like the food there either. Prices were high also and it is not very crowded, mostly guests of the hotel. Rather than climbing up to the lounge better to walk down the streets and sit in some simple caffe, you will be surprised with food quality and street view.

For many years I have been passing by the hotel building, which is located at Tverskaya, 3, where doormen stand in beautiful costumes, expensive cars are parked. And I could not think, something sometime in this hotel will have to visit. This year, the Forum was held here, where it took part. I'll tell you a little bit about the building. We were exclusively on the second floor of the 11-storey building, where conferences and other events are held! A huge foyer, where there is a large TV, which is broadcasting what is happening in the hall. There were coffee sours — pauses, lunch! The main difference during breakfast from the much more common Marriott hotels (Renaissance, Courtyard) — is that you get caviar and champagne — but if this costs an extra price they ask — is your decision. The rooms inside — are clean, and look like old-fashioned — but as for me they are dark and dull.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great service, qualified staff. You will not find anyone who speaks Italian but English yes. The style is old but in Moscow it's fine.

I went to the hotel with a few friends for drinks at the top bar. We were not disappointed. We arrived on the 12th floor and were greeted in a friendly manner. After making our way to the bar, we ordered our (very expensive) drinks and sat down. The views are absolutely stunning, especially at night. It overlooks red square and makes for a special evening. Overall is recommend for a 1-drink experience to spend some time with good friends.

This place is amazing! One of the best hotels I have stayed at! The bed is wonderful and the bathroom is spectacular. The breakfast restaurant is delicious and the bar is out of this world, its has a view to the Res Square that is breath taken, with an excellent service and a delicious menu with many options.

Friendly, helpful and personal experience. It's been a while since I've stayed five star but these guys completely rock it. The extra detail, recognition above and beyond from every staff member. If I could, I'd move in!

Ritz is not the same in Russia. Breakfast terrible and not worth the money. Cleaning staff from eastern Russia and very poorly English speaking reception. Rooms rather small and clean. Close to Kremlin and that's it. Overpriced.
