Brilliant stay in Moscow on our maiden visit because of the St Regis' excellent location (5 minutes walk to the Red Square), superb service (the team of butlers made our anniversary so special), helpful concierge (Inna is simply brilliant — her recommendation for us to lunch at Savva was delightful), comfy room (the top 8th floor boasts views of the St Basil's cathedral), and superb indoor pool, steam room and sauna. What more can one ask for when staying on a special occasion? The breakfast buffet was nice though a tad busy for us given the relatively small room. We want to return next time we visit Moscow!

I remain continually impressed with the grand customer service that this brand provides globally. But here in Moscow they continue to give the gold standard. Lenin is rolling over in his grave, as these folks know the value of a Euro and how to make one's stay perfect making paying all that easier.

Nice hotel, extremely convenient location. Nice interior, well maintained. Management is disaster. I am staying in this hotel about 50 nights per year in the past few years since they opened. And it is time to write a review. During my visit to Moscow I was invited to birthday party in the evening and my girlfriend came back to the room earlier while I was still in the office. First problem, room door did not work, so she could not open the door, I was about 20 min away and I asked her to wait me in the lobby bar. Few minutes later she called me and said that she was drinking own water in the lobby bar and they asked her to leave! 5 stars hotel starting here. When I came it was still the case and no-one even apologized for that. So it was total hotel problem and even she was sitting in the lobby because door did not work! After it took them 1 hour to open the door it was a door lock problem. Nothing, no apologies. We were late to the dinner birthday party, had terrible mood because we could not wait in the lobby drinking own water while they were fixing our room’s door and trying to open it. And it is always like that. Today after 10 hours flight arrived to the hotel and went to the restaurant for dinner. Was waiting 20 minutes for order in empty restaurant! Unbelievable. Btw, I am platinum spg member and etc.

Superb location. Very convenient. Close to Metro and red square. Employees are very professional and helpful. However, service can be slow in coffee shop. E×cellent rooms and restaurants. I recommend the salmon benedictine egg and the club sandwich as well as the steak house.

Lived five days in rooms at 39/night. It was just relaxing. Great hotel, all in gold, digital switches, better interior materials and beds. The breakfast was very tasty and the food was very tasty. It used to be a different name.

The hotel is in a good location with a nice view of Lubjanskuju square. There is a decent conference room upstairs with a balcony. From there, all of Moscow is visible.
