Very friendly and helpful staff-the girls at the reception are super professional and courteous! Breakfast was good.
The room has a complaint-blackened "granny" carpets, kettle with terrible scale and not working air conditioning.
P. S. : It is necessary to keep in mind that the swimming pool for guests is free of charge only from 7:00 to 9:00.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is absolutely not a 4 star, the constant smell of smoking in the room, coming out of the ventilation, in the shower cabin is missing a shelf for soap and other accessories, the water becomes hot, only with the simultaneous inclusion of water in the sink (clarified Experienced), breakfasts are acceptable but the food was cold. On arrival the suitcase should be lifted in a foyer on a ladder in hands independently, there is no even a ramp. In general, the cost of living is low enough for Moscow. It is conveniently located on the Belarusian railway station and Metro.
