This is perfect hotel — it has welcome staff at the reception, spacious and comfortable rooms, pleasant atmosphere. I try to stay in this hotel every time I visit Moscow. By the way, the location is very convenient, it is situated on the red line of the metro — just few stops away from the center of Moscow (Red Square, Kremlin, Historical Museom, and others famous places).

I was at a big conference. The hall is great. We fed lunch in the restaurant. Usually in such cases I say: you can eat, do not go. Here for the first time in many years I got a sincere pleasure! Everything was amazingly delicious! And the main thing in this assessment I am not alone. Almost all colleagues ate like peonies!

A decent hotel for your money. Pleasantly surprising courtesy and politeness of the staff. You feel like a long-awaited guest. Breakfasts are great!

Good hotel compared to hotels in Moscow. However, it is not that good compared to hotels outside Moscow. Some of the good things is that the receptionist speaks English, there is a 24/7 supermarket a cross the street and there are some fast food restaurants nearby like McDonald's, KFC and Burger King.

It is right next to a metro station on red line that brings you easily to red square. The room was clean. We payed for daily buffet breakfast (10$ extra per person) and it was totally worth it, as a descent coffee in Russia is itslef 4-5$ and you have to pay for water everywhere else. The staff who made the omelette and coffee and tea pots were very nice. Also the gift shop they have is not expensive, compared to other souvenirs shops.

It is very sad that for all the convenience — the impression of the hotel remained mediocre:
Living 10 nights, 11 days — I was moved 3 times. 1 of them not of my will, the rest due to the conditions in the rooms which were provided for replacement.
So.
1. Originally there was 1309 — standard number, no flaws. The robe, washing accessories on request. Slippers, a rich selection of towels and 2 types of pillows — all more than spacious. I was moved out of it because of "technical problems. "
2. Dali Semi-Luxury 710. Everything was perfect in it: studio decoration, a chic oak table, such a 'work area', the bed is really shorter. The bulky bathroom is not exactly comfortable and evokes scenes from horror films.
The downside was the whistling hood. It was impossible to concentrate on working with numbers, let alone sleeping.
Moved to another room, at the request to solve the problem.
3. Suite 1507. The mini-apartment. In fact, a standard room with a sofa, a chair and a table for negotiations. More kitchen and extra toilet. Spacious, but not to say that cozy.

4. Suite 1707. Moved after the appeal and finding out about the problems above.

Great hotel in a good location. We are here for FIFA World cup. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to metro, shopping centre across the road which has Starbucks and a great supermarket. Good size rooms and bathroom. We have been here for 2 days and will be here for another 13 days. Nice hotel to be staying in for that time.

A nice hotel in a very nice location. From the point of view of a guest of Moscow moving through the city by public transport its location is ideal in terms of transport accessibility, the entrance to the subway is located across the road on the front of the hotel as well as the tram stop. Another huge plus is that the hotel is in close proximity to Sokolniki Park and all sorts of non-expensive cafes and shops. The hotel itself also liked, in the room good furniture, quality bedding, all the plumbing is good, cleaning is done at the proper level, although I understood not every day, no matter how critical we are at home, too, not every day but could at least go at least ask and take out the trash. It remains unclear pricing, 10 thousand for the usual room of such an area, I believe the price tag is not much overstated, although this is personally my opinion. Maybe it should be worth it. I would especially like to mention breakfasts, abundance, richness of choice and quality of cooked food respect to the management of the institution and chefs. In general, breakfasts of such high quality level as that reconcile with a high price for accommodation.

My home away from home in Moscow. I stay here every time I'm in town (which is often). The rooms are Vegas sized and the value for money is excellent. The staff is second to none. Location is great, right across the street from Sokolniki metro and only about 10 mins to the center of Moscow. Only complaint: the gym in the hotel used to have high quality Lifefitness exercise equipment (stationary bikes) and has since switched to StarTrac. StarTrack is so badly made that I cannot use it without injuring myself. It is cheap and very bad equipment. Would recommend replacing it with the original Lifefitness machines. Also would recommend more competitive monthly rates for long term stays (stays of a month or longer). Thanks.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Especially Mrs Cathareine (front office staff), she make us so impress with Russia country. Thanks for making our visit to Moscow that much better.

If you think about budget, hotel chain standardization and good location, Holiday Inn moscow might be one of top choice lists. The 24hours-supermarket is opposite of hotel and from hotel you walk about 100meter to subway.

Such a good experiences with — 18 celcius, food so good, convenience close to metro station, valuable price.

Very good location. 3 minutes walk to Sokolniki metro station. With metro it takes you about 15 minutes to get to the city center, Red square and Kremlin, for instance. A nice park nearby. The neighbourhood is fool of shops and restaurants. Some of them working till late at night.

The hotel is a good standard, prices are affordable. The rooms are well equipped and kept in perfect condition. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Good breakfast. Metro across the street, near the square of three stations. Close to many inexpensive points of catering. I recommend to become a regular guest, receiving a gold card you get a lot of privileges.

I am not a pretentious person, but I liked everything, and caring service, and quality. Tea, coffee, cream in the room daily. Water 0, 5 true, but thank you for that. The kettle is in the room. On the last visit there were problems at the check-in, due to the incompetence of the employee. The rooms were dilapidated a bit, the floor was not offered to choose. Next time I'll choose another hotel. The location of the hotel is very good — nearby is Sokolniki Park, subway, cafes and shops. Everything is within walking distance. Friendly, professional and unobtrusive staff. We lived on the 20th floor (they asked for it higher). Clean and comfortable room, nice bed, chair and 160cm bath. (you can lie down). Booked two-and-a-night tickets through Buckingham. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there (including tea, coffee to choose from in the room). Every day we cleaned up, replenished the reserves of water, sugar and tea. Unfortunately, we didn't make it to the pool. Breakfasts are expensive — they did not take. But it is not a minus, rather, but a matter of taste.

Spent 2 nights in the hotel with the child. Good room, great service.
As stated, the sauna, swimming pool and gym were visited for free.

Fine rooms. Fine location, a 24-hour super market opposites to it.

I checked in, went to the shower, did not work switching to the shower from the tap. I call the operator, they didn't help me, they told me to ask the maid to come in. And they scored on me! That's disgusting! I waited half an hour, I had to twist everything myself. No one came. I would not advise anyone this service and the hotel. Noise hood in the bathroom, you can hear the neighbor washing, the hood in the room brings the smells of sausage from all over the hotel! How much I travel, the first time such a level and for such money!

Nearby the subway staff are friendly but forgot to bring toiletries to the room to be booked at the reception. Hats are provided for a fee. What was unpleasantly struck was that the VIP customers have breakfast in the same room behind the red ribbon. Hotel is at a convenient location, around 7 kms from the city center/ Kremlin. Rooms were clean and met all the basic requirements. Like Free WiFI (specially if you are travelling from a different country), Coffee maker, Reading lights, enough charging points, etc. Washrooms were clean and were maintained well on a daily basis. The staff is very friendly and helpful (House keeping, Reception, gym, pool). If you are there for a long stay then there is Sokolniki Park around 300m from the hotel. The hotel is well connected with Sokolniki Metro Station on the other side of the road. Tram/ Bus trolley connectivity is also good. Morning break fast has a lot of options for both vegeterian and non-vegeterians. All in all. Nice place. Will like to visit again.

We arranged our wedding in this hotel. To the ordered banquet the hotel gave a huge suite for a day with breakfast and with late Departure. And another certificate for the wedding Anniversary-a room for a day with Breakfast. But the most important thing is the atmosphere of the holiday for us and our guests on the wedding day! Well done! October is not a very warm month for MOSCOW. But in this hotel we felt great! Recommend. And now there was opened a fine restaurant on the 24-25 Floors-hong kong. Celebrated her husband's birthday. My stay was good. One day before I'd leave the hotel, a lady knocked in to check the mini bar, she didn't say why so that was strange. Apart from that, perfect. You can easily get an Uber to the city center for 200 RUB or go by subway and pay even less. Really quick.
