Stayed at Savoy Hotel Moscow from 22 July-2 August 2018. Great location in city centre. Staff were extremely helpful The rooms are clean and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is amazing with 5 star service and gorgeous food. We can highly recommend Savoy Hotel.

It's not five stars! The hotel in the room which you can not open the window, the way behind it construction, the remon, the window itself will turn white paint. In my room, the door was from top to bottom in spots, feeling like someone had been killed. There was a slot in the hallway. I know all these little things, but don't call yourself five stars if I just can't open the window!

The building is beautiful, old, inside stucco and sculpture. But to the quality of service, this, alas, has nothing to do. There was a business breakfast, the table is very scarce, the food is tasteless. They asked for custard tea separately for extra money, as there was a respected guest from Turkey where they do not drink bad tea, and that was not! Packages of Lipton or something like that in a 5 star hotel, that's the maximum! The table was not removed until you call and ask the waiter separately, and so it was three times four. In general, it is a pity such an exclusive place, which spoils the lack of service and stinginess.

Stayed there in May 2018, was disappointed — service was really bad — "soviet style! " The breakfast which we paid for was no possible to eat as it was also very bad quality. The bell door men were always "sleeping" when we came — why even bother to have them then?! and in the end — safe was broken and it too them like a good hour to fix it! (hotel gave me though a complimentary taxi to the airport for such inconvenience). the beds were so small — I almost fell the first night! Pluses — the location is good — more or less quiet (as much as it can be possible for Moscow as a huge and crazy city). The rooms were huge and built well. But the view we had — was ugly (on some constructions). The pool was huge, but the lady who worked there provided sort of soviet annoying service worrying if we "bring her back the towels" which we took while were at the pool. Would not call it a 5 star! They need to change their staff 100%! Soviet service. Bad food at the breakfast. Smallest beds I have ever had.

Stayed at the Savoy hotel Moscow, from 26 Apr to 30 Apr 2018. Excellent hotel, staff are attentive and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast buffet was also excellent, rooms very clean and well tendered. During our stay it was my husband's birthday which they picked up on, they left him champagne and chocolates in our room on the day. Thank you to the management and staff at the Savoy for making our stay in Moscow a positively memorable one.

Of course has a right to exist a historic flair, but… the interior is alluring in luxury : marble, ceilings with monograms, height of 5 meters (not on all floors), paintings, Burgundy, gold all is good. Room not the best sound insulation. Taking a bath on my room I heard great. A technological solution, old (high) doorways to seal under the standard door, sad. By the way the bathroom is clean. The sink faucet is leaking. The place is great location, but noisy. Air conditioning hums. Appliances (telephone, TV) is hardly modern, Can be used to change already. At Breakfast, champagne and fresh juices. Buffet. Concise. But enough for Breakfast. Can't say "complained, " just can't say "liked" — I honestly expected more. PS to those who believe in reptilians should pay attention to the emblem of the hotel =)

High ceilings, beautiful interior. There is a swimming pool with a slightly warm sauna. At 6 am very noisy from the garbageing machine under the window. Champagne and pianist at breakfast…

Decoration, kitchen, décor, history are harmoniously intertwined, can even carry the visitor in an epoch when Yesenin (probably) has broken a bowl of a fountain in which swim vualehvosty and sterljadki. Veal cheeks in the mouth, in thin-walled pies not mince, and the real chopped meat, even banal Julien in a puff basket is unparalleled-sweet and chubby.
A little sad from the fact that the restaurant almost all the time is empty, the institution as if zakonservirovalos in time and lags two steps away from the nimble competitors circle.

True "grande" 5* hotel in a great location. Rooms are in classic decor, very quiet with comfortable beds. Price is very reasonable given in the very center of Moscow.
