Booked a double for September 11.
Arrived, the money in cash paid before inspecting the room — 3000 rubles.
When we went up to the room, we realized that we will not stay there.
The room in the attic, dark, small window, over it hangs a roof with plastic plates.
It's awfully smoked.
Web in the corners (had to call the maid and show her this swine).
Dirty ragged carpet, not reaching the plinths.
The roof is shaken, where the headboard of the bed — rusty divorces on the ceiling.
There's something disgusting on the wallpaper.
The bed is damp, the blanket is cottoned, the mattress was lifted — there is dirt.
From the room had to give up, a normal person will not spend the night in this viper.
Administrator Olga refused to return the money to me, said by law a refund in 2 weeks. It's been two, five weeks — no money on the card. Today, Administrator Love first said she had to talk to the director about the refund, then said that the director had not yet arrived, two hours later said that she did not know who was responsible for the refund at the hotel and hung up. Apparently the administration of this barn considers itself entitled to dispose of my money (3000 rubles, money spent on phone calls) and my time (repeated calls to the hotel reminding of the need to comply with the Consumer Protection Act).
Never check into this hotel, don't believe the words about the historic building in the park. It is a barn, unworthy of even illegal migrants living in it. At the same time, I write a complaint to the Russian Consumer Watchdog and the tax office.
