Location top, rooms clean! Nice staff.

We chose this hotel because it is located next to the Herzen and Medsi Research Institute (onco patient). It is a 5-7 minute walk to these places. Rooms are cozy, clean (although everywhere did not look), there is a Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a minibar refrigerator (closed to the lock) but it is necessary to specify in advance. Breakfast is a buffet on the ground floor. You can't stay hungry, but you're not going to be hungry. Juices, fruits, cereals, cereals, etc. There is parking in front of the hotel, do not know paid or not for guests. The staff are polite and prompt, and requests and complaints are responded to with understanding and immediate. For "wheelchair" ramps and at the disposal of 3 spacious elevators. Three stars put for the fact that in the toilet-bathroom stroller on passes because of a narrow apervery (suite) and not everywhere provided handrails (toilet, bidet, bathroom) for people with disabilities. A normal hotel. Like all hotels in the busy area of the highway does not allow you to sleep with the windows open. I was looking for sneakers, but I couldn't find it in the room, maybe I should have asked. But the floors are clean ;). There is water, there is light, everything is fine, thank you! If I have to stay in this area of Moscow, I will definitely consider the option to stay in "Bega". Yes, thank you, the food in the cafeteria is fresh delicious and nutritious! From the subway is far (1.5km), but taxis are allowed into the yard.

Nice and clean room, friendly and very helpful staff, nice and very complete complimentary breakfast, our stay was very pleasant, good price and good value location is around 30 minutes fron Red Square.

The hotel was exceptional. It was a beautiful hotel. It was very spacious and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed. The restaurant had good food and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. The only complaint I have is that we had trouble finding the hotel as there is another “Bega” hotel is Moscow but this isn’t anyone’s fault.

I liked the fresh and friendly staff. The furniture is old, it needs some work to improve look and feel.

I have been happy with pretty much everything, the only major downside was actually a noise from the street when I opened the window. One thing I was missing was a small refrigerator in the room.

Disgusting bed, dirty bath and harassing staff. As if to return back to the USSR when it was normal rude to the same clients. All colleagues living in your wonderful hotel have a similar opinion.

Loved staying at the run hotel. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The room was cleaned every day, tea, drinking water in bottles was also replenished every day. The breakfast is good, there is something to choose, and most importantly tasty. Also loved that the hotel is in a good public transport access area. You get it without problems and quickly.

Hotel is fine, employees in the restaurant are service minded; food was fine Points for improvement, the none smoking room unfortunately had a sigaret smell + the interior is quite old and worn.

Second, the waiter should be a discreet character, if a guest needs something, he will ask about it himself (if I am young and sitting alone, it does not mean that I am bored and I want to listen to the opinion of the staff), thirdly, the guest himself has the right to choose what he has SP Erwa.   If I wanted dessert first, you would have to give me a dessert, if you brought me all at once and hot cold, you would at my request go and warmed hot again, as it is your fault that you take everything and at once, thereby, by the way, involuntarily forcing the guest to eat faster, which is fundamentally wrong.  And in the fourth, if my dinners are already paid and I do not order anything for money separately, it is not a reason to serve me worse. The hotel is well located. People at the desk are so helpful and nice. Room was clean and quite. If I had to ask you for something would be to include better soaps for the bathroom. They were dry and very poor quantity. Breakfast was ok.

Lovely clean hotel — with very helpful staff particularly at reception. Natalia Pulver and her colleagues were exceptional in helping us sort our visas — there were so many of us and so many hoops to jump through but she was fantastic in helping. Getting taxis and answering questions at reception — — — excellent — especially as we cannot speak Russian. The food was excellent in the restaurant and breakfasts had plenty of choice and interesting ones too. The staff were very good at replenishing the dishes. If there is one small criticism it is that some of the restaurant staff were sometimes more difficult to get attention from with their backs to us and gazing at the TV … but it was not consistent or persistent. I also know myself it is less easy to smile when you are concentrating especially when not talking in your own language but smiling does help relax customers too?

Very uncomfortable bed, mattress falls, bad pillows, broken tile in the shower, poor shower head (uneven pouring), when opening/closing of neighboring doors it seems that someone dërgaet room door. Inflexible, there is also no napkins in your room smells bad, location, breakfast, but quite, friendly staff and a great location.

Was in Moscow on a business trip, stayed in a hotel, Running for two nights (=10000r, standard). Pleased with size of room, not crowded, comfortable, large bed, spacious wardrobe, table, tables, mirror, bedside tables, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, large bathroom, every day room cleaning and change of towels. Dinner was prepared quickly, but everything was delicious and the products were fresh. Struck by the variety of buffet dishes there were! And the staff is very polite and helpful when he came to the station earlier than check in time, and I was allowed to leave things in the office and change clothes for a business meeting. Was very pleased with the hotel, happy to stay there again.

All in all good, clean and comfortable. But there are a couple of comments: there is no fridge in the room and a couple of times for Breakfast some products were not very fresh — dried "yesterday" pancakes, stale bread for toast.
