Brought to a sanatorium Verba Mayr mom, and she was left for 3 days. A lot of impressions of a well-built program of rest and strengthening the body. Has adopted the principle of supply according to Mayer. 3 days passed diagnostics received professional advice, swam in the pool, doing anti-aging treatments, walking in the woods. Time flew by, I dropped the voltage, restore the nervous system. Mama was on a course of treatment (14 days). Came back rejuvenated, rested, dropped the weight (5 kg! ). Became a supporter of Nordic walking and nutrition.

In June I spent 2 weeks in Verba Mayr Pushkino, lived with her daughter 13 years. Quality of services is comparable with Swiss complex, and plan to combine recreation and leisure — definitely better. Passed the "Antistress" program — designed, comfortable and effective. Recommend massage Alexey Semenov — nice polite and professional. I liked the Mayer, the approach is soft, not extreme, but effective. Even the daughter, who never wants to eat, the appetite returned, cleansed skin and improved sleep. Can mention only one drawback: no entertainment for children.

If you want peace, relaxation and concentration, then this is the place where you can get my thoughts in order. I've really rested! The centre does not have little kids screaming, noise. I slept off in the room. Sometimes was gone all day in the woods, walking and thinking, came back only to eat. The food is excellent: beautiful and delicious, it's really a healthy enjoyment of food. Also, the willow can hang out in the pool, enjoy a massage, going for beauty treatments or simply to dream in the sun loungers. I have two weeks here rested as ever.
