Review of Country Resort Hotel 4*

Rested from 29 to 31 July, rented a Suite on the 3rd floor. Since This is the 5th trip to this hotel for almost all category of rooms booked. From the pros: large room, bathroom with all kits: dental, razor, shampoo. Clean linen and daily cleaning. Of the minuses: the room on the third floor, a cooler with drinking water on the ground. Still, if you remove the Suite, it would be desirable not to run the water down. And the smell from the carpet in the room — have long been required carpet cleaning. Coupled with the lack of air conditioning — have to ventilate the room with all the doors open. Food — all at the highest level, everything is delicious — Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Check in/ out: you always want faster check in and just pay and go home at the end of the holiday. It seemed that in moments of "peak hour", it is necessary to strengthen the reception staff so that people did not create the queue. Zoo — going restructuring and the zoo gets better. Maybe next year will be new enclosures and clean walking paths. Staff: all friendly and attentive. Spouse went for a facial massage in a SPA centre, highly appreciated the work of the masseur Alla. I would like to see some real loyalty programs for regular guests. We have a discount card for services at a par value of 5%, at the reception everyone was writing a 15% discount, using, in my opinion, the most ridiculous reasons (birthday in the summer — 15%, 12, 5 years — 15%, etc. D. ). We beg for nothing started, but if you buy additional goods and services on the 10 Tr — I would not feel too deprived. Earlier in 2012, 2013 was a bottle of water in room "economy" class. Now — all for the money. Overall a very pleasant stay experience, will be coming here again. Would put 5-ku, but the impression was spoiled a little room. Hope that our favourite hotel will be better!
