A phone call to know whether there is space. We have confirmed the classic room for 3200₽. Arriving at the hotel the girl at the reception started to think that the number is not visible in the system and sell us a more expensive room. According to the current legislation of the Russian Federation, she had to provide a room, a class not lower than specified, at the stated value. However, this lady, we impose additional services. I believe these actions are illegal, and unworthy of the reputation of this location. In the end, we splurged on a cab and stayed at a different hotel.
