➜ Great place! Clean, comfortable, cozy! Helpful and friendly staff who know their stuff! Near the Lavra. I recommend a visit, you will not regret!
➜ A very good location. Most of the interesting objects are within walking distance. The cosy on-site cafe with nice prices. The room itself is comfortable. Of the minuses: room is small, better to book in advance. The café closed at nine, not ten as I said a day. Smoking in the room is impossible. Designated Smoking area on-site is not equipped.

Pros:
Location… And an outlet… That's what it's all about!
Cons:
For a shower surcharge 150 rubles per person
The actual parking in the dusty dirt area has no distinction for the installation of external accessories (table and chairs) and the creation of some of its own zone.
Having washed down the toilet general had to be repaired on its own, as it is not decent to leave behind … (you know what).
Bottom line: the price of 1000 rubles for the actual parking at night. And this one star is for its location and outlet.
In Europe (at least Montenegro or Croatia) for this money there are also many toilets, showers with hot water and of course the infrastructure separating you from the rest of the campers. So if there is a shower and do not drain the toilet cassette just in the free parking lots.
