➜ 1) In the restaurant waiters excessively a lot and so they crowd at the entrance and even mate swear so that in the hall can be heard.
They don't even respond to "thank you", even though they've been told it loudly twice
2) Numbers for 4 stars do not pull. Cafe and plumbing — Soviet. There's a bad water in the bathroom. There is no air freshener at all
3) Heating electric in the room makes noise.

Of the negative — I sincerely believe that the condition of the toilets reflects the attitude of the management to the visitors of the Grand Hall. In the booths broken hangers for bags, in some places the doors do not close, on toilet paper, apparently, decided to save or just did not think (the roll can not be hung on the holder, so it lonely stands on the tank of the toilet). Paper towels in dispensers ran out at 12 o'clock, at 19 they never appeared. Fortunately, there are dryers. Yes, and some other hole in the tile right in the center…
But for a large number of people GrandHall is the face of the city, for example for participants of major exhibitions.
