Review of Hotel City 3*

Rude receptionist, a complete lack of ability to communicate with clients. Over a month in advance booked a Suite for 4 days. When booking I said, can I pay on the day of arrival, answered-Yes, of course. 2 weeks later I got a call-lady who called me didn't even introduce himself, so I don't quite understand who was talking-apparently, the same woman administrator. Talked to me in a rather unpleasant tone insistent, demanding urgently to arrive at the hotel and pay for all 4 days, otherwise my reservation will be removed and the room will go to someone who is ready immediately to pay. I was in shock, asked, whether I understood her, and was reminded of our conversation when booking. Moreover, the hotel website says that reservations are free of charge. On what received the answer: "Well, You know, the holidays are coming, and to us people come up with the money". I explained that finances are handled by my husband, who is out of town, and the idea of your requirement he is unlikely to enjoy. On what received the answer:"Well, talk to Your husband, let him pay. " Naturally, the desire to call in this "hotel" was gone. However, the booking I did not take off, because we really needed a place to live these 4 days. But that's not the end of the story. Approximately 5 days before the day of arrival I received another call from this lady! Like, change my mind if You come? And you never know, wishing the darkness, and you have still not paid. And then my patience came to an end. I replied, "thanks, but we changed our mind, you can withdraw your booking and to settle, whom you want. " What he heard loud "Well, I knew it! I told you this would happen! " And that's all. The end of the conversation. Sorry, but with such an attitude to the guests we meet for the first time. Were in many other cities and stayed in different hotels, and this has never happened. Elementary rudeness and a desire for profit at any cost. I don't think this institution has a future with such an attitude to guests. Draw your own conclusion. P. S. In the end, we had a wonderful time at another hotel in town, where nobody has created problems and was respectful to the guests.
