Everything is super, the staff is attentive, the breakfasts are wonderful, delicious, room is clean.

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) can't evaluate the quality of service in this institution. There's a website, a reservation system, wonderful photos and descriptions. I had a tour in July, and I booked a room in early may. I received a letter with a reservation number. A week before arrival I called them on the phone, I asked the name, and confirmed that a room will be. And TWO days before arrival I called back and said that all thirty rooms are busy, my reservation they just did not notice, and with whom I spoke on the phone — they don't know. None of them had, all limited to the phrases "You didn't speak to me, but if you would with me… ". Rather than simply apologize and admit their mistake, began to explain what kind of paper-a reminder of whom they write, etc. So, due to the blatant carelessness (and maybe ignorance) of the staff, I found myself in a situation: the arranged tour, tickets on hand, and sleep anywhere. If you don't want such — does not suggest there is nothing to book because their own website they can not use a phone to give information can't.

Great place, great stuff, quick transportation to central city, a big supermarket 5 minutes away.

Guest House. New. Net. Very friendly staff. This gifts the table. The shower was not comfortable. The price is not in line with quality. In the room for 2800, a hostel was provided for two hours. We'll clean it up every 3 days.

Stayed in this hotel for a couple of days. The atmosphere was very gratifying. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "I'm going to stay in this hotel, and I'll stop in the morning. " Thank you so much!

A new hotel "Guest house on Zvezdinsky" is very convenient: 10 minutes from the train. D. Station 5-minute walk from Irgups on a small green street Zvezdinsky. The hotel is a three-story, 33 rooms of four types: DBL, TWIN, TPL QDPL. The hotel itself is very comfortable, clean, homely atmosphere. Each room has its own shower room, large comfortable beds, crisp white linen. In the morning the food is very tasty, rich and complimentary Breakfast! The guest house has free WI-FI at reception, free unguarded Parking.
