Terrible guest house, disgusting relationship of the owner.
In 2020, my friends and I booked rooms in this guest house for a few days.
We have booked a 2nd local room for 2, 000 rubles as a family. Night. We arrived to settle in the evening. The owner of the house, when he saw that the three of us (me, husband and child) had rubbed pens, rounded our eyes and shouting voice categorically did not allow us to move into this room three, only for an additional fee for the child. The kitchen is actually something. Not as in the photo everything is beautiful and clean. Not a neat kitchen with a mountain of utensils and just 3 pots and 1 pan for 6 families. The stove is one. The fridges are rubbed but dirty, with dried-up leftovers from previous holidaymakers. Soft furniture on which you sit at a table with a pronounced gray black touch of fat. It feels like oil workers or handymen or coal miners lived in this kitchen. There's no towel in the kitchen, there's nothing to wipe your hands.
Also, when checking into the room fill out the paper with a bunch of nuances and fines that you do not have the right to do, for example, to go out in wet slippers from the bath. And where to wipe them, in the bath there is no track.
And finally. Our family had to leave the guest house early for 2 days. The owner does not return the money for the days already paid. Explaining that suddenly he will not find anyone and we must compensate for his losses. Checks or relevant documents that we were in this house the landlord does not provide.
