Booked through booking this hotel for the night of 23 to 24 July. (confirmation number 3457182572). Sent the time of arrival at the hotel. Sent by mail. Not a single one came to the mail in writing. When asked why these conditions are not on the booking, I was not answered. They said I would cancel the reservation. With that. (and the fare is non-refundable, 1800r night).
