The usual Sovdepovskaya lodging. The bar on the 2nd floor, offers breakfasts, portions well indecent small. The TV in the room is possible and more, the times of radiation tube have sunk into history.

The hotel reminds of all its kind a typical socialist hotel. Holes and stairs are more than rooms. Breakfast is very lovely.

The service is normal. The restaurant is unreasonably expensive. The food is not tasty. Breakfast-Swedish table and it tastes better.

The only chain hotel in Lipetsk and probably the most decent in the city. It can compete is that of Laguna. But for about the same price at Mercure, you get much more comfort and the great location!

Free Wi-Fi, really need to bother to connect, but it is the Bane of all modern chain hotels. Next to Lower Park, old town, shopping center "European". Public transport stops. Across the river — NLMK. A 15-minute walk, then European, have a great beer establishment De Bases, where it is much cheaper to dine out than at the hotel.
