Hostel Kvartira 31 Hostel

This hostel is just wonderful! I lived in it, and in the second, which is in the center. Both very much! In the center a little more, but this is convenient because it is right next to the train station, which is very convenient if you travel by train. The perfect combination of quality and price!

Took a number for two with one large bed between 29 April and 1 May.
Pros:
1. Location. Close to City center: Park, Diorama.
2. The room and the hostel are very nice.
Cons:
1. Air conditioning is not working. It doesn't work at all. I mean, don't even turn it on. Although there is a specific number in the living environment.
2. The rules of residence do not correspond to what is written on hotel. For example, you can't eat in rooms, or you'll have a fine of 3000 rubles. You don't know that in advance. In the attached photograph, the set of additional rules you are required to sign up for in the settlement.
3. Slippers, toothbrushes, pasta-paid.
4. The shoes bought is stole. The new ones were not provided for replacement.
5. The kitchen says shoes is worth 30 rubles. At reception 40. What I believe is unclear.
6. The beetles in the bathtub. The photograph has been reinforced.
7. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Just a pressure. Princess Nouri tea and instant coffee Nescafe.
8. Bed linen. Two sets of single-bedroom linen were beds are madeed on the double bed. Asked to change, we were told that drying after the previous tenants. They didn't change the next day either. Probably still sushilos. The photo in the attachment.
9. Since there is a dormitory in the vicinity, there is a permanent student drone under the windows.

Good time of day. I had a regular trip to Belgorod, and, of course, I was going to 31 apartments. All the advice will be spared. It's like home. It is always clean and cozy, friendly and smiley. All the good things to you and good spirits.

Nice hotel. Spacious and clean. I've stopped it twice.

Stayed one night and didn't even expect to be so good at it. All the necessary personal hygiene items were found in the bathroom. Even a little bit of work in the evening, Wi-Fi was working smoothly. I'm glad I found a good place at a reasonable price.

Great place! Modern design, beauty, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts! Attentive and helpful staff! All conditions for comfortable rest! Super!
