Very clean. Staff very helpful. Very good breakfasts. Hotel in the city center.

Tidy, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Located very centrally, walk distance to city sights. A bit laud at night, due to neighboring bars and restaurants, if the room faces the street.

Very small room (106), no parking onsite or nearby as it is in most expensive parking zone, max time allowed 2 hours during the day.

Good staff. Excelent location.

CHEATERS! — be careful
Took money for 6 days, when I left 1 day earlier they refused to return money and gave invoice for 5 days with fake receipt for less amount then charged me!
Wifi provide access to extremely weak internet, one can download mails but can't search. It was cold in a room. Plan of bathroom was made by idiot — very inconvenient to use sink and toilet. Hairdryer was provided on demand but there are no sockets close to mirrors. Breakfast is simple and the same every day.
I wouldn't recommend to stay here.

We spent 10 nights there. The only upside was the location, very central and convenient, and Wi-Fi, included in the room price. These, unfortunately, didn't make up for the many serious problems with the room. We were in the loft room, 2 adults, and 1 child. The room was located on the 4th floor, without a lift. The last flight of stairs was a very steep metal staircase, almost impossible for my son (3) to climb and hard for me as well. The room, being a loft room, has low ceilings, and we had the feeling of spending most of the time bending over to avoid banging our heads on the ceiling boards and beans. The room didn't have curtains on the windows or Velox windows, making the room completely bright by 5 am. The air vent in the bathroom was so noisy we couldn't turn it on at the night without risking waking everybody up. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, hard and noisy when moving or sitting up to leave the bed. There was no cleaning service in the room, so in the 10 days we stayed there, the room was never cleaned. Twice I had to clean the bathroom myself, and I had to request a change of sheets half way during our stay. Most days we were left without toilet paper or clean glasses. Once I asked for a toilet roll, and the girl at the reception argued with me saying that they already left one in the room earlier! The air conditioner unit had no instructions and the display on the remote didn't work properly, making it hard to operate it.

No aircondition. In my room there was no Wi-Fi reception. We didn't stay there…

In January we made a reservation for this hotel for one room in July, exactly for the Depeche Mode concert night, for the price of 50 euro. We chose this hotel because it was central and 20 minutes away by foot from the Stadium. This reservation was made in January, to be sure I had a room in July. In June the hotel reconfirmed we had this room, just to be informed a few days later that our reservation was no longer available due to a mistake of the employees who mixed up July with June. So we were left with no possibility for accommodation 1 month before the concert. At this moment the city is fully booked for the concert, the only rooms available cost 260 euro, so imagine my surprise to be left with no accommodation in these conditions. They proposed a room in exchange, in a house in the suburbs, 60 minutes away by foot from the Stadium. Thank you but no, I made a reservation in January just to avoid this situation and it is not my problem that the hotel employees cannot do their job properly. They promised to solve this situation by the end of last week, but nothing happened, I guess it takes a long time to solve this. My only conclusion is the hotel wants to sell this room for a better price, so do not rely on them for anything. Thank you for ruining my holiday.

The restaurant in this hotel is very good. The rooms are cute and cozy. Only problem I had was the shower leaking out into the floor.

This hotel offered me a very spacious and quiet room at reasonable price. The hotel is very nice and has a large internal patio area (with restaurant, which regrettably I could not try) which is very quiet. The location is excellent, being only around a five minutes' walk from the centre. The staff were efficient and cheerful and the breakfast was more than satisfactory. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are ok I guess, but the bed was too close to the window… everybody can look inside. Felt weird.

Good place to go with small kids, because there is an indoor playground. Also the food is great.

Clean and well equipped but the walls are super thin, you can hear everyting from the hallway and the rooms next to you.
