Beautiful 5 star hotel in a perfect downtown location. Food is not great but everything else is worth it.

Metropolis in bistrita very good. Very good reception at the reception. Breakfast is very good. The rooms are very clean and very pleasant. Very good W-Lan reception.

Pity it did not work air conditioning, but for one day is bearable!

We arrived at 10pm because of a delayed flight only to discover that there were no possibilities for any food, even room service was closed. The Suite was not very clean (it improved as the week progressed). Breakfast was disappointing to the point of being poor (hot food was freezing cold and restocking of fast moving items did not happen). Reception was not very informative and when we enquired about the Cinema beside our Suite, the 'child' behind the reception desk was dismissive. The pool and other excellent staff members were this hotels only saving grace.

Always very pleased in this extremely confortable hotel.

Overall, a great hotel. But my room, 227, while overall comfortable and clean, had a few smaller issues. The windows were quite dirty, the bathroom lock literally fell on the ground when I closed the door, the bidet nozzle couldn't be positioned and the drain didnt work properly, there were feedback forms and no pen to fill them. Overall good experience, but I had to take away 1 star because of these problems.

Brand new and nice hotel. Friendly and customer oriented staff. The rooms are sparkling clean and the bathroom is modern and well equipped. The only minus is representing by the breakfast which is poor, quite "chemical", no waitress to assist you. But overall the hotel is amazing.

Hotel is nice. Food is dine and forget. French fries, frozen potatoes, grill overburnt, black Angus steak was more of Black Angus snitzel (first time I ever seen such a slim steak) :) ) )

For Bistritz a win! The location is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds for my taste very hard and at — 16 you had + 27 degrees in the room, without the possibility of temperature regulation. "Make the Window" well, sensible handling of the resources is different.

This hotel is amazing : one of the best 5 stars I've ever tried : rooms are beautiful, the restaurant has fantastic dishes and there are SPA, swimming pool and fitness area inside the hotel. Just a couple of things should be improved : the cocktails quality at the hall cafè and the choice of food during the breakfast.
