We booked recently this hotel for my children, who were attending a competition in Iași, and their experience was far from what we expected. During the night, there was no heating in the rooms, and despite notifying the reception, the issue was never resolved. My children had to sleep in 3 pairs of pants, shirts, and thick jackets, and they came back home sick.
It’s unacceptable for a hotel to fail to provide basic comfort in 2025, especially during cold weather. Additionally, the lack of a proper response from the staff after they were informed of the problem is baffling. I hope this review helps others avoid this place, as it does not meet the necessary standards of comfort and safety that every guest should expect.
