Dezamagire totala. Nu am crezut ca in anii 2019 se mai pot purta asa cu clientii. Nu inteleg de ce au clasificare de 3 stele (au avut 4) cand merita cu indulgenta 2?
total disappointment. I did not think that in the year 2019 they can still do so with their clients. I do not understand why they have a 3 star rating (they had 4) when they deserve 2 indulgence? hot water stopped, TV signal very bad, very large galley, food is strange, and the service and customer relations are terrible
απόλυτη απογοήτευση. Δεν πίστευα ότι το 2019 μπορούν ακόμα να το κάνουν με τους πελάτες τους. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί έχουν βαθμολογία 3 αστέρων (είχαν 4) όταν αξίζουν 2 επιείκεια; το ζεστό νερό σταμάτησε, το τηλεοπτικό σήμα πολύ κακό, πολύ μεγάλο μαγειρείο, το φαγητό είναι περίεργο, και η εξυπηρέτηση και οι πελατειακές σχέσεις είναι τρομερές

The view from my room of the Carpathian Mountains was stunning and the room was clean and tidy.
Michael who runs the hotel was really helpful and the pool was an added bonus.

Nice clean hotel, pool outside and good buffet breakfast provided by hotel. For food in the evening there is a class restaurant opposite hotel, go for the pizza! Rest of the food is not amazing but pizza was freshly made and delicious. Friendly hotel management and beautiful scenery.
