The building is beautiful, the young people who take it are friendly and polite. The room was well, clean, tidy and everything worked well; The only thing to improve is the mattress because we touched some spring mattresses that for two nights are fine, but we stayed five nights and in the end the back notices.
Breakfast was included and, to our taste, very good but little varied. It offers croissants and toast with butter, jam and nocilla, there are also typical cold cuts and cereals.
If we go back to Milan we'll go back here.

They don't have a readable and not sign and easy to find. On the sites is not written civic number. The night you sleep bad for mattresses and pillows ve noises vibrate, and the breakfast really poor for the price we spent. And they do not have internal parking or property and in the back there are parking fees at a cost of 2 € per hour or day min €30

Worst hotel in Milan, half of the staff doesn't speak English, should be normal speak Italian and English! Our room (208) was on of 3 rooms near to the main door, and I couldn't sleep, the receptionist talking all night on the phone and coffin. Last day I leave the hotel and forgot a gold chain worth it on 500 euros, after 15 minutes I call them, they ignored me, I needed to send a email, and after 2 days they awnser me saying' sorry we didn't found nothing' NEVER COME HERE.

Basic amenities in a hotel that would need to be renovated. Good location near the center.

The room is ok. But you hear everything from the infodesk. Breakfast is very basic but ok. Distance to touristic attractions is good : 10 minutes walk to the most.

Old and uncomfortable beds, the heating did not work properly. We got some old blankets, and better not talk about the bathrooms. I will not return there are better lodgings for 70 euros a night.

The location is great but it is the only good note of the hotel. I do not expect luxuries, especially from a 2 star, but not even the level of neglect that instead conquers the structure. Deep cracks in the bathroom with the detachment profile of tiles, towel racks that risk collapsing under the weight of towels and so much other little things you add up tend the unattractive suture. Which then is a sin gen, because really with very little could make sure customers come back and not from once and just.

It was as eventual and the receptionist was very friendly under the door because I didn't know how to get in, timely breakfast, all very well and the price also seemed good. Quality Price is worth it! And it is very well located.

I stayed one night with friends, in 3 different rooms.
Comfortable, clean (although in one of the 3 rooms smelled like dirty rag) and well furnished. Good location 10 minutes from the Centre on foot. The flaws lie in breakfast, where there are only 3 tables in 10/15 total rooms. Finally, the hotel is located on the second floor of a building, so many times you have to climb 2 floors to arrive.

Small, 2-star hotel, ideal for a night, not comfortable, the hot water is not coming up. Ideal location near the duomo.

Hotel is in a great central location, just a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral, just a few metres from the tram and about 500 meters from the subway. The structure is a little basic but that's OK considering the location and cost. The room, small, unobtrusive décor, has a small balcony and bathroom, poor, with a microscopic and shower cabin without bidet. There is also a TV room 80 years positioned above a closet of 2mt. In short, a little uncomfortable. DIY breakfast is from 7:10 — 30 and includes prepackaged croissants, beverages, jams, cereals, juices and fruits. Friendly staff and very helpful.

An OK hotel, delightfully tucked into a strategic zone of Milan, a short distance from the Duomo from central station. The service is not particularly good, but remains within the sufficiency. Equipped with Wi-Fi, breakfast sparse and prices slightly high. Furniture and beds to be reviewed, as well as the soundproofing of the rooms that face the street, due to the continuous passage of trams.

Of course is a 2 star hotel so don't expect anything. It is so convenient to the position but if you get the room facing the front desk didn't sleep sleep.
