Dissatisfied overall. Staff little and little useful. Pleasant and clean room but with serious shortcomings and incompleteness. I had to climb the stairs to get to the room and the hot water was not there. Very noisy in the evening (I had underestimated the reviews) I slept little and bad. Very bad location. No taxis nearby. Nice cute but I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

Staff behavior makes you wanna never come back again, always looking at you suspicious, like you want to steal something … or so. Breakfast was a disaster, what it supposed to be cold, was warm and what's supposed to be warm was cold (for example fried eggs at 7. Pm, cold as ice). Rooms were pretty good, large and clean.

Large and well cleaned room. The bed was hard and not all that comfortable, but I was able to sleep. Close to restaurants and a small grocery store. A quick Uber ride to the heart of the city.

Great spacious rooms and decent location but the staff behaviour not the best.

I was very happy! It was very clean and nice, nothing was broken, the bed is also very pleasant, without the annoying dash in the middle:) and the fridge also works top!

We stayed for 3 nights in this "hotel". This hotel has no 3 or 4 stars. At least not according to European standards. The bed linen was spotty, no hot water. OK after 3 times complain it has worked for a short time. A parking lot was reserved in advance. After 12 hours of driving you are already a little tired and want to park your car safely. But there was no more parking. We had to park in a parking lot at the supermarket and leave our phone number at the reception. If the van arrives in the morning. The staff partly polite partly arrogant and perform their work again willing. The hotel is not intended for foreign tourists. Apart from that we were assigned the basic rooms although the rooms of category premium were paid. That was nice at first, as my mother had a walking difficulties, and these rooms were closer to the elevator. But there was no more talk of money back. They said everything is premium. Outrageously. And the rooms should have a safe, according to the description. We only found something to assemble. Breakfast was nothing special. Eggs half raw and cold. Coffee bad. The slippers see picture. I don't know what they were or what. Of paper.

Breakfast was mediocre and the same for 3 star guests as well as 4 star guests. The rooms were pretty spatios (4 stars) and appeared to be clean but we found garbage in the bin from previous guests and the roll of toilet paper was already half used. Towels, hairdryer and shower gel were provided. Handsoap was not refilled. When the cleaning lady came she took the floor towel away but did not replace it. Toilet paper was not resupplied so we had to buy a 10-pack from the store. Hanger was missing which was pretty unpleasant! The batteries in the remote control of the TV were low and only working close to the tv! Wi-Fi was ok. Room was silent. Temperature regulation in the room. Parking was available but pretty limited moving space. The hotel is not in walking distance to the center, at least not in the winter. All in all the 4 star "experience" is not worth the money. Maybe more luck at another hotel.

Not professionäl. Bad Badausstatung. Breakfast is also nothing. For that money you can find dozens of better places to stay in Timisoara.

Home well personal well after two three little thing the lack of space for parking and put a little shots of nine my no more good ratio level price and area.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Modern. Rich breakfast buffet.

The Hotel was very clean. Easy access.

Enough to sleep. Getting used to German standard but 3 stars are definitely OK. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A nice clean location if have to spend a few days in Timisoara and you wanr to be in the city center, the breakfast is almoast the same evry morning so if you are looking for variety you can find better.

Enough to Sleep on. Hygiene is so-so, despite the new building be more than apparent. Breakfast is 3* unworthy (no eggs, no buns), only the coffee and the orange juice are ok. Area is the last Ghetto. Not really to be recommended!

Booked the single bed room arrival and it is not ready with little more you will find better.

Nice hotel, well maintained and very roomy. Excellent Wi-Fi connection and very nice breakfast options. Only complaint are the hard mattresses that left us with back pain.

One guy in the reception and no room for us although we confirmed booking trough email, we only teceived sorry but I think sorry is not enough if I allready seen other reviews by other guests who had same issues!

I am sorry I cant give 0 stars, because I am so disappointed I cant even describe. We made reservation four or five days before our arrival… And when we arrived today at 19.30 they had nothing for us. Guy on reception said like he was sorry and he could find something else for us instead. However we stayed almost 20 min on reception and he had always something else to do! Finally he called to one number and said no one is answering there and to another one, which was free but totally horrible like from old socialistic movie : — (then we left to find something by ourselves. This is our first visit of Romania. I had to persuade all my family that this country is great destination worthy to see, only to be so disappointed. It is 21.10 now and we are still in car and in hope to find something. What a lovely beginning of holiday… Thank you, dear hotel stuff. I will avoid this hotel until the rest of my life and warmly recommend to do so to everyone else. This hotel is big disorganized mess. : — (

Nice clean hotel close to city centre, massive thing letting it down is the standard of the breakfast and no evening meals available at all …

Hello, we have paid a type of room nor have datto another we stopped here because we are passing by need however next time we will organize another way, we are not going back here anymore… Romania not if it deserves this thing the country is wonderful, not even the staff is not up to the height I'm sorry he said we were disappointed.

Very nice rooms and garden to sit outside and drink coffee. Breakfast was also very good.

Okay value for the money. The draining inside the bathroom smelled like sewer, I had to run some water to make it go away. Other than that, good room for one night sleep.

Toliet seat dirty like its never washed Awfull internet Not cleanest place. I know you cant except much for this kind of hotel, but basic stuff must be on the point.

Value for money need to improve breakfast quality not bad but can be better orange juice for example not a100% Juce kind of concentrate with water and sweety.

Very modern/new hotel. Breakfast is sufficient and delicious. Beds comfortable, easy to reach.

The best place I have ever been in a long time! very friendly and you do feel like home! The owner and the staff makes you feel really special! I highly recommend!

Decent service and rooms for a medium price.

I recommend to all the Hotel Imperial. The staff is very helpful. The proprietor is a very friendly and always helpful staff if there are any problems. The rooms are always clean and very tidy. From March 2017 will be inaugurated the new hotel where there will be additional rooms available.

Stayed here during the weekend, the hotel is far from the center, the breakfast is poor and rooms are average. Staff unfriendly. Small parking, also we stayed in the new part of the hotel which didn't have an elevator. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Outstanding and great patio! I have chosen Imperial due to a visit in Timisoara and I was surprised by excelent and warm atmosphere together with a very clean room. Outside in patio I have found, also, great Wi-Fi excellent for working on my computer in a relaxing environment, even drinking a glass of a local wine! Best choice for my future visits in Timisoara!
