We booked for our wedding night. The welcome was very warm, staff very polite and smiling. We were upgraded with a room on the ground floor and what a joy! The service was very good, nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay again! I think being in low season helps a little!
PS: I don't understand some of the comments… For those who say it's too expensive, don't come to metropolitan France… There is a gulf between the two price levels… But I agree that a little more modern refreshment would not be a luxury!

This hotel needs a good refreshment… Local clientele is not welcome… Unfortunately…

Overnight stay. Very aging hotel, water infiltration on our terrace and smell of mold in the room…
Although we enjoyed the room on the ground floor of the pool, the value for money is absolutely not there.
Regarding the bar the reception is to be reviewed urgently!
To avoid if you expect a REAL 4 star hotel.

We have just returned from a stay at the Hotel Saint-Alexis and we were very disappointed with the property.
The reception is very poor, the common areas are not maintained, poor soundproofing …

Super nice hotel I recommend it. I took the deluxe room which is a superb room with its super nice double whirlpool bath after the ti flat at the level of the bathtub when we activity the water jets its hyper noises after if not I have nothing to say about the super comfortable room I loved especially for a moment in love I recommend this room. At the level of the magnificent exterior in placement, the pool hyper magnificent after in this season will be at the top that the pool would be heated. Then for the gastronomic meal at the top hyper good, at the level of the bar the cocktails a similar delight for the aperitif. The breakfast super good. Beautiful hotel ❤️

The setting of the hotel magnificent pool access to the rooms. We got a room overlooking beach and pool and bathtub a remou. On our arrival the reception not too much it is hardly if a hello. The hostess accompanies us in the room informs us that we are upgraded but the pillows of the bed not right, lack slippers, no coffee or tea in the mini bar 😒 I make the remark this morning it depends on the category of room and some hotels that do it 🤨 EUH NO AGREEMENT WITH YOU SO DISAPPOINTED I GO through sfr to have a better rate, I do it for all the hotels we leave and the never looks room category to have comfort. It lacked a scent of atmosphere in the room and in the. Corridors. We had dinner at the hotel the dinner was gourmet and the service impeccable.
It's true the hotel is getting old but we pay to have a service, comfort and setting. Thank you for reviewing the comfort of category of the rooms.

I was skeptical about the fact that there was not too much choice for the meal of the lockdown but in the end it was a delight! The apple pie was surprising! The hotel itself is very beautiful. I'll be back.

Refined and satisfying cuisine but a service that leaves something to be desired and many details of presentation to review (table set that looks like nothing, old water carafe, fries served in bulk on a large plate etc …) all ds an aging hotel that has only the location to be worthy of a 4 star …

We were several friends to have booked a table this lunchtime for the birthday of one of us. It had been agreed a flat menu — dessert at 38 euros, with fish or meat of your choice.
Having warned that I was vegetarian, I did not expect to pay also 38 euros for a small mountain of quinoa without flavor pleasantly a few slices of zucchini and tomatoes as well as a dessert much less appetizing than that of my friends. They were treated to a delicious chocolate fondant while I was served only a (small) scoop of ice cream placed on a fruit salad bathed in a syrup far too sweet … As I am not a vegan, I did not understand this proposal either.
Big disappointment and despite the remark made at the time of settling the bill, no gesture was proposed … That seems to me to be lamentable for an institution in this category.

Restaurant very disappointing. My starter was nice, that of my spouse on the other hand frankly banal we do better at home (tomato / mozza), the dish really means a simple mashed accompaniment hardly tied and not very good or seasoned, they forgot the vegetables I had asked for and the meat not overcooked and presentation very banal. Risotto really dry and compact. I ate much better in some bistros on the island. For 165 euros to two super disappointed, I really expected something else. However very welcome and beautiful setting.

Honestly for the price pay the hotel does not offer the services to the height of their 4 star! Medium welcome, reservation of our rooms half made, small room even luxury! look in other countries how are the real 4 stars because yours is not worth more than 3 … very disappointed for evening saying a hotel (luxury) I advise you not to go the car very can positive! No infrastructure planned for children … disappointing at 95 percent … expert advice;)
