➜ Good small hotel located in the centre of Saint-Denis. Relatively well located and endorsed owners.
➜ After having paid and booked under the simple request of a presentation of identification, we present ourselves and we are denied entry. It takes one piece of identification per person (which we were not told). They leave us out at 1:00 in the morning. Refusing to present the second piece of identification in the early morning. (stayed in the vehicle a 30 minute walk in the middle of the night)
We are told that we will be reimbursed then the next day the Unlovable manager tells us not.
An unsanitary place, unlovable staff and little trader.

The smell at the entrance to the so-called hotel. In the rooms too small. The curtains with mold. Toilet on paper. I'm super disappointed Pcke I wanted to have a good time with my kids and it's a nightmare. Not soundproofing. Lots of noises in the morning at 6:00. The doors creak and when its slamming, the Windows tremble in the room. I booked a family room and I had 2 small rooms with a shower area that turns into a pool at the time of the shower. My son's shower leaked from everywhere and the sink almost fell. I booked a family room for 3 and I find myself with 2 small rooms. With scent lifts in the shower. For the AC it's OK and the TV only TNT. Disgusted. In addition to the night the hallway to get to the hotel is not lit. Not enough parking spaces. Did you come and go in the hotel, his fear? I stayed for my 140 euros otherwise. I'll be gone.
