Very little welcome by a certain Éric; Fortunately, then Michel "took over" and allowed us to access the rooms 2h earlier, as had been agreed beforehand, which Eric contested. At the time of leaving the hotel, Eric has, at first, not respected the price agreed via the Internet by an online booking company, well reputed, and with which I have never had any trouble. Eric has "released" The printer from his computer 6 or 7 different bills, always more expensive than the agreed price. Given his incompetence and bad faith, I asked to speak to the director. He said that he was not there… I'm not sure because the manager's car (at least that's what we were told on the previous days) was parked in front of the hotel entrance, obliging taxis, vans to access the hotel, to retreat… Finally, I got so angry (because these talk lasted more than 20 minutes), I wanted to be called the police. Finally, with bad Grace, he took the correct amount from me. As a result, the driver who was coming to get us out of the hotel was already there and we didn't have time to have breakfast. This Eric really does not have his place at the reception in a hotel! He'll scare away all the clientele. I also told him that if he was with all the customers, the hotel would lose his clientele and that he probably forgot that it was thanks to the clients that he had this job. I have traveled a lot but have never met such an unpleasant person at the reception in a hotel, no one to whom this post is really not suitable. I strongly advise tourists to go to this hotel, especially when you arrive from Europe, after 11am of flight and an arrival in Saint-Denis around 7am!
