The Two-star Hotel gets from me, unfortunately only two stars. The staff is friendly. But: In the first room the window did not close, a lack of staff for the repair, we got a new room. Now you need to know that it can be at this altitude, quite cool. A heating and a warm bath are helpful. Unfortunately, the heating was only in the evening and was out early in the morning. So nice and cool when you get Up. Then a warm bath… I was Wrong, because apparently the Tank was after a few litres of empty…
The Breakfast was extremely sparse. The connected Restaurant belongs not to the Hotel, but I would like to mention that the food is very good, but priced accordingly. Otherwise, the Hotel is ideally situated to visit the volcano.

Very simple Hotel, which I would not book again. Fortunately, only one night been here. Mold in the rooms, in General, no clean room, towels smell bad, hot water runs only a few seconds. Breakfast is very sparse.

With some improvements this should be good… however run away from the restaurant! It does not depend on the hotel … No choice and for my part have the same accompaniment for 3 days … In winter wet room.

The spa as well as the steam room are broken and the sauna is only available 20 min per person! This is false advertising! Or you have to adjust the price accordingly!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable bungalow, ideal for resting. Breakfast buffet with a good homemade jam with plum ^^. I would recommend this hotel!

Moni Golf in ruins, Jacuzzi with green water, hammam broken, no hot in the rooms in the morning because of a problem. The meal in half board has no interest in taste. I strongly advise against it.

Very friendly welcome. English is also spoken. Be sure to ask for the Jacuzzi. If you intend to visit the volcano, you should leave the hotel as early as 4:30-5am 00. Upon request, the hotel offers packed lunches, which will be delivered to the room at 7pm the night before. Great service!
The attached restaurant is very good.

Quirky little hotel with small bungalow houses. Nice and courteous service with relatively spartan but sufficient equipment. Value for money is good.

If the person at the reception was pleasant and welcoming the service and the quality of the restaurant was deplorable. Threw a menu card before noticing that we were half board and telling us "you don't have a choice the half board menu is a formula all made". Then the entrance was forgotten by passing directly to the main course. As for dessert it arrived without flavor about 35 minutes after… As for the Spartan comfort rooms with an old-fashioned decor and a single power outlet. One night was enough for us.

Friendly and relaxed staff. Easy Parking. Site easy to find and well located for hiking in the area. Very typical breakfast. The bungalows are great but a great shot of nine would be very desirable. To sleep, the place is OK.

Hotel quiet and calm, we na beaucoup apresie with the super dinner and lunch the change of the heat of St. Peter.
