One of the worst hotels ever and I don’t recommend any one to go as Yesterday we went for Suhoor buffet and it was only me who had the suhoor while my friend had only shisha and tea so when we were paying the bill we found out that they let us pay for 2 persons for the buffet while it was only me who had eaten so they forced my friend to pay 275 riyal plus the shisha with out eating nothing. After that when the manager came to discuss that matter he spoke to us in improper way and his attitude was unpleasant as he is forcing us to pay so we paid out of our courtesy and as a respect of this Holy month but I was shocked from such an attitude from one of the biggest hotels in Qatar. Please take note that we were only 2 persons in the restaurant and the place was almost empty.

St Regis Doha is now my go-to staycation place. I used to go to another luxury resort but they raised their prices a lot. The St Regis treats us better, is newly remodeled, has all the amenities we want, all for a reasonable price. If you want to feel like a VVIP, come to the St Regis in Doha. It's a historic building and beautiful. The atmosphere is very good and the employees are very good.

The friday brunch is actually a disaster (done on feb 19th 2021). Very basic product; meat not nice; expecting better things when you pay such a price for a brunch!

It was amazing stay! We were upgraded to Caroline Astor which is so spacious. Staff are very accommodating, helpful, and hospitality is their utmost priority. Everything is well organized and thanks to our Butlers, who’ve assisted us in reservations and so other needs during our stay. Indeed happy & satisfied.

Expensive brunch and substandard service… Terrible brunch on Friday 13th. Outside area full of flies all over the food. Restrictions on cocktails meaning queues at the cocktail area. Terrible service…

The decor definitely lives up to the 5 star expectations and the food and service at the Astor grill was outstanding. The air conditioning in our room was so noisy we had to turn it off and just put up with being hot. The noise from the roof top bar is beyond, even with a film on in our room we could clearly hear the music which went on until midnight, not great if your at the hotel to relax! However when we mentioned this to reception in the morning the staff were extremely apologetic.
Overall a pleasant stay.

Doha is already known for its premium and luxury locations but St. Regis is one of the top premium hotels within Doha. A international hotel franchise well known for it's 5 star quality and being of the best hotel franchises. The food here is delicious and the service is amazing. Deserts are a must with a gorgeous view of the beautiful swimming pool. Day or night, both a pleasant sight. Great things don't come for cheap so be prepared to use some money. Haven't had the opportunity to stay at the hotel as a guest but most definitely in the future.

I’m very happy with my room cleaners May, Shiela Mae & Catherine who clean our room very fast and nicely. All is great. They are very friendly. Enjoying my stay here with friends and family. I would love to come back here in Doha St. Regis again.

A very luxurious but reasonably (for Doha) priced hotel. They have a private beach and good facilities. The brunches are popular with a range of cuisines. Definitely recommend.

The beach and Olympic-size swimming pool are for guests only, which keeps the atmosphere calm and relaxing. When I want some pampering, I find that a Pearl facial and body wrap at the in-house Remède Spa turns me to butter.

Simply spectacular and awesome. We had a cultural diversity gathering at this place organized by ALSTOM. They had all quizines in their menu. Turkish, Japanese, Indian, Pakistani and what not. In general the ambiance was lovely.

Fairly poor service for a 5 star hotel.

Fantastic service you get in this hotel. My family and I go there whenever we get time. Most recently we were there 2 days ago celebrating a birthday and we enjoyed our time to the fullest. The Vine restaurant is one of my top 5 places to eat here in Doha and I recommend it to any one who appreciate good food and excellent customer service.

Great service and 11 restaurants to choose from. The grill restaurant should be the best of Doha. The buffets are also not to be despised. For breakfast fruit is fed. Great pool but small beach.

While we were greatly disappointed in the Wednesday night seafood buffet, the professional response from the manager greatly reflected that this is an amazing establishment. Overall, I was expecting an amazing seafood experience, but on offer was a regular buffet, with a few fish and prawn items added on. We reserved, based on a 2 year old picture from the hotel, and on our previous experiences in two of their other restaurants, Astor Grill, and Opal. When we arrived for our 6PM reservation, about half of the buffet was still being set up. Crab Meat Gratin was one of the cooked dishes on offer, but it was loaded with imitation crab meat! We returned to the buffet for the mixed grill, but that wasn't ready, as it was STILL being cooked on the grill outdoors! Neither the hostess, or the waitress, informed us of any outdoor food preparations, so we would have missed that entirely if we hadn't happened to notice. Also being cooked outdoors were the fried shrimp, and fried calamari, but the cook was receiving training on the spot. Around 6:40, the mixed grill food was ready on the buffet, but that was well too late for people dining in a time constraint. There was a great variety of food, but I certainly wouldn't call this a seafood buffet. We have great appreciation to St Regis' food manager Mr. Barry Muller. He responded to my feedback, and arranged to meet me at the St. Regis to further discuss my concerns. Very professional customer service, and we will be back. Thank you :)

Was more expensive than I liked. The quality of food was good, but wasn't the best I had. It's a decent place but didn't find anything that makes me a fan.

Unforgettable night into a luxury palace by the sea! My parents, my brother and I decided to do a stop-over in Doha on our way to Bali and stay 1 night at the St-Regis. The main purpose of this trip was to celebrate my dad 70th birthday. We really enjoyed our night here. Our room/suite was amazing. We receive a nice welcome at the front desk (Omar *I think), the butler (Okesh) was very kind and brought us when we arrived, tea + a birthday cake for my dad into the suite. The steaks at Astor Grill restaurant were super tasty, service was good. Swimming pool was huge, beach was clean. The buffet/breakfast was good & had a lot of varieties. I wish we could have stay longer here. The Museum of Islamic Art is about 5/10 minutes drive with a taxi from here. Great memory for my family & I forever in Doha, thank you St-Regis! The luxury at its best! 5/5 visited in January 2018

Unfortunately like almost all hotels in Doha aircraft noise.

This is actually a 3.8 outta 5 stars. I’m rounding up. The brunch is a great spot in Doha to enjoy the finer weather. The music is probably too loud and the food is just okay. But I mean, it’s brunch. You get a lot of food and a lot of alcohol. The views are great. The clientele is average looking, at best.

The Friday Brunch: Beautiful environment, very good atmosphere, good service and wide variety of food.

We had a Thursday night brunch here last week, from start to finish it was great! Amazing selection of tasty food and the staff were very attentive topping up our glass with fizzy wine once it was drank half way down the glass and replenishing our beers just after finishing the last.
The brunch itself is expensive but worth every penny.
When visiting Doha again — we will be coming back here without a doubt definatley 5* service.

This is a 5 star hotel in naming rights but not at all in management. While it bears the name and facilities of the St Regis, the 5 star finishes just aren't there. It is nowhere near the standard of St Regis that you find in North America and Europe. Bathroom ameneties (cotton swabs, shower caps) are not replaced by housekeeping. Valet workers just stand there. They don't open the doors for you. The tennis balls were out of air, cheap rackets and there were empty water bottles polluted in the corners of the tennis courts. Gym equipment was no name & mediocre. They blast music out loud until 2 am even though there is absolutely no one out there… yet they shut down shisha at 1230 am. The walls are not soundproof — could hear loud Arabs talking and hooting at 3 am. The beach lounge area is a mess. There are only 3 large sofas and they are always full of the previous occupants trash — no idea what all the beach workers stand around and do. The property itself has so much potential but they have to be serious about managing it and keeping it clean to achieve the St Regis standard. Positive: The lobby is magnificent and the butler service was helpful for the most part (despite getting reservation times wrong).

We were able to avail their promo of Qr 900 for 2 nights from 30 Dec to 1 Jan. Our stay was very pleasant, the room was very spacious with a view of the pool & beach at the back & Katara infront. The staffs were all very attentive & gracious!

Very nice hotel with good service. If you don't just want to relax at the great Olympic size pool, then a gym, great spa area will entice you to find several very good restaurants and of course also a private beach. All in all, a very nice hotel which you can recommend with a clear conscience.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms and good location. Need to improve in getting the rooms ready in time I arrived at 4pm and my room was ready 2 hours later around 6pm. Was a busy weekend but still they need to manage better this kind of situations. Anyway in general I had a great time. Definitely I will visit again and see how it would be 4/5

One of the most beautifully appointed lobby that I've seen in a while. Very curious staff. Free valet parking is a plus. The Ramadan Tent was the best of Ramadan 2017. I enjoyed the dinning experience with my family thoroughly. This hotel and it's services spell value for money.

This hotel is slightly away from Doha city, however good place to stay and dine. I went for Iftar Dinner and the food was delicious. I like Mussels and Fish and at the Dessert I loved the Cheese cake. The interior decor of hotel and restaurant is lovely. All staff was helpful during the course of meal.

All was not bad! It needs a Nespresso machines in their rooms. The coffee machine in W hotel was amazing with different blends. Need new stuff in the rooms, Nespresso coffee machine would be the best.

Friendly staff, good exterior and good location. Interior not so good.

Room service is poor, and although the building is modern, rooms are not soundproof and had plumbing and electrical problems. Restaurants as you can see from other reviews are not so special too.

Very unpleasant room service and lack of staff! Everything takes time from waiting for a trolley for checkout to ordering milk from room service.

Great hospitality. Very welcoming. The only problem I faced was with the room I got when I first checked in. It was in a lower level facing the pool and above restaurant with a live band! Of course the receptionist never told me I might expect some noise. So make sure uyou void rooms facing the pool and on lower levels (5th floor was still low). While the view might be pretty, the pools can be late-night gathering places — — despite posted closing times — — and noise echoes off water.

5 Star service as you would expect from a St. Regis, good choice of restaurants but the hotel lacks atmosphere and was not very busy during my stay.
