The building is chic in terms of architecture, gorgeous and responsive staff, chic view from the room and a wonderful beach. Definitely worth sitting down.

More than just a hotel. One of the historic jewels of Qatar. Anyone who grew up in Doha has really sentimental memories at the Sheraton hotel. They recently had a big renovation that was so well done that it didn't take away from the Sheraton's 80s ambience but just made everything better and newer. It is in one of the best locations in Doha, central to everything with breath taking views of the ocean. Their food is always excellent. They have the biggest halls for events and weddings.

We had our company employees day at Sheraton Doha and it is more than what I imagined before I checked in. It's not simply a hotel & resort, it's a home outside home in a multicultural family gathering. All continental cousine are available but on top of all it's OM Ali that is so delicious and mouth-watering. All staffs are so cordial & helpful. They all deserve high appreciation. I especially recommend family outing for it's cultural diversity & modesty.

Very nice Park and very nice pool. You have to go and drink a few glasses to relax.

A wonderful iconic hotel sadly what let it down was the service. Check in is at 3pm, our room wasn't ready till 6:30pm, the management initially didn't seem to care too much until I stormed out to continue with my very busy day which by then had been delayed unnecessarily. On my return they attempted to make an effort but fell very very short of my expectations, specially of a 5 star hotel of this reputed calibre. Nonetheless I've given them 3 stars because the rooms were lovely, the management did make an effort, albeit late in the day and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Would I stay here again? Not if I can help it… having stayed at quite a few luxury hotels in Doha I would say that there are far better options a couple of doors away.

Sheraton Grand Doha is a good place to stay with friends and family. There you can find, fine dining, good rooms, nice people and very accomodating hotel staff too. At night you can visit "The Irish Harp", live band is there, good music, you can dance too, food is very good, they have all kinds of drinks and crews can assist you well. It's highly recommended. You can enjoy and have fun. Vsr.

Great service; Rooms and bathrooms with a little outdated décor. Air conditioning in the common parts too high.

The very high class and very luxury. Inevitably the price goes with it. There's everything you need to relax and party.

The Sheraton Doha is an impressive building in the form of a three-sided pyramid. Hollowed out inside so that the lobby spans several floors. Within this hollow, the Fahrstuehles go free-standing upward. On each floor there are "footbridges" to the rooms at the edge of the pyramid. Room with balcony. All in Arab splendour. Priced but quite an attack on the purse. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is luxurious and at the same time cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I note the work desk. Delicious and refined cooked in the restaurant. Respect the individual chefs and waiters. The room overlooking the Persian Gulf has put a big exclamation mark!

It's very comfortable hotel with multiple choices. First of all, the front line team are like soldiers in terms of their high commitment and readiness to serve their clients with lovely welcome and atmosphere. There is a big outdoor swimming in front of beach and beside a beautiful landscapes. The Spa services — massage therapists are really professional (especially Gagage). I invite every visitor to Qatar to visit this lovely hotel.

This hotel makes me feel comfortable every time I visit this place, the staff makes me feel welcome and warm just with their smile. I love going to the gym and the amenities are so great. I will not have second thought on visiting this place again and again.

One of the best hotels I ever walked-in in Doha. It's pretty amazing that this is one of the earliest building in the Doha skyline. This building witnessed the drastic change of the city. Try to see the early pictures of Doha West Bay in the 90s & you will see Sheraton alone in the area. Now that it is together with many modern buildings, Sheraton still one of the stand-outs with its unique shape & sophisticated design.

One of the best 5star hotels in ty the Qatar. Unique design & oldest building high tech facilities. Beach front rooms… Supportive staffs.

Nice well established hotel. Only saw the lobby and the Irish Pub. Looks dated and needs and update. Never tried the resort or have stayed there. Worth a visit.

I love the hotel and I’ve enjoyed every visit, however, we had an awful experience with the private valet company working in the lower parking area. They were beyond rude. One guy was saying derogatory things to me in his language while the other valet guys laughed. Not the kind of thing you expect at a 5 star Doha hotel…

Always Nice spa area.

Maybe the most beautiful complex in West Bay. Because of the quality of the service, the look, the design, but also for the garden with all the birds, the access to the beach and pool… A must see, even just to chill out the place is relaxing. You will have an amazing prestation for your money.

Stayed at the Sheraton Grand Doha for three nights and had an absolutely amazing experience. The Club Lounge on the Mezzanine level provided amazing hospitality and drinks during our stay, and we were incredibly impressed by Cynthia in the mornings and by Juliet in the evenings. They both provided incredible service and helped make our stay unforgettable.

It is excellent experience, everything was wonderful, I'm very pleased with customer services and level of hospitality. Well done keep up.

Wonderful place for families and solos. Multi activities, excellent food, lovely ambience. Gets bit noisy at night on special occasions … so watch for that if you prefer tranquility. Pleasant for early risers with lot of sports activities.

The hotel is very beautiful, great service, I visited the Irish harp and it was not forgettable. Music and atmosphere are was amazing. Big thanks to the staff and exactly to manager, they make my night. I will doubtless come back again.

Sheraton Doha, is one of the very greatest Hotels in Doha it is excellent and located in a nice location in Doha. It has nice gardens and open beach areas as well as good pool, plus it is just at Doha Corniche where you can practice walking.

Amazing hospitality, friendly staffs, very comfortable rooms, the sea facing room has an lovely view. It's a beautiful property which they have maintained very well. I have visited Al Hubara for Friday Brunch. The food selection is great. So many options to choose and each better than the other. Went crazy over the desserts (The Best Um Ali in doha).

Great outdoor area, beautiful garden, nice beach. Cozy cabanas on the cliff, watersports available, cocktails and beer served to your beach chair.

الفندق نفسه ما عليه كلام. و مطعم الحباره جدا جميل. كنّا نروح وايد هالمطعم ولكن هذي اخر مره! ايام السيفود … الله يعز النعمه! عمري ماشفت سمج واكل بحري بشكل عام يتقدم بهالطريقه الفاشله! الاكل البحري كله خربان وقديم واصلا مايناكل. رحت وديت اهلي وصارلنا يومين أنعاني من ورا أكلهم الوصخ.

We very much enjoyed our stays in Sheraton Doha. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice beach and great food. Highly recomended especially to families with kids.

This place is huge and luxurious with many upscale international restaurants and an amazing resort with a large a safe pool. All the amenities are provided. There is even a clubhouse for additional recreation and dining places.

Visited Al Hubara for dinner. The food selection is great. So many options to choose and each better than the other. Went crazy over the desserts. But the service is not that impressive. We had to ask to be seated, and many more.

A fabulous hotel with extremely nice service. It has got a stunning architecture and really good ambience. The rooms are pretty large, all executive style. The food and selection are one of the kind in Doha, really satisfying.

Built in 82 it boasts to be the first 5 star hotel in the city. The style remains that of the years 80, certainly the service is impeccable and is all cared for in detail. My favorite thing is the wonderful view that you will enjoy from every room.

I went there for dinner at the Italian restaurant. View of the bay. Nice terrace in winter (they install and). Classic Italian card. The most: they have a license to serve alcohol.

I stayed in this hotel more than 10 times, literally every time I go to Qatar. it is fantastic. The lobby is so large and relaxing. And their food is the best. Their swimming pool is a must see, especially during sunset. I liked the old room decor better though. The rooms now are a bit modern which is less luxurious. They used to be classic, which is great. Also, the rooms used to have two TVs, now they have only one.

The backyard is a great venue in the garden overlooking the Arabian gulf. It is open seasonally with food, drinks and shisha. DJ & live performance. Only on Friday nights.

The Irish pub :1st time cost 100 QR (you will have 1 free drink if you come again the next time) its nice to hear live music and the service its nice. The food is also big size (so if you don't eat a lot, don ask for much, beer and burger it's more than enough) Nice place to star the night :)

I'm actually surprised that the first and oldest hotel in Doha is up to date in terms of standards, quality and service. I'd recommend this hotel to any type of traveler as it is strategically located in Doha city. The sea view rooms are amazing too!

DOHA Such a nice place but there's a lot of cheaters out there watch out. There are using those places name in there own sake. Also in face book be careful to accept. U just think they are your friends but u accept they will start to use youre fb without youre knowing.

Welcome who any ones who reads it. This is a great hotel you can go in Doha! it has great service and good restaurants there is no pool but there is a beach, you also have a park called "The Sheraton Park" witch is right next to the hotel the park is very big so go on enjoy some times with your kids and play football. The hotel is very good rooms this hotel was an old building from the 19's but Sheraton buyed it. I hope you enjoy.

Since moving to Doha 3 months ago, the Harp Irish Bar is a weekly stop for me on Thursday nights. Between 5 — 8 is happy hour and most drinks are QR25. The food is excellent, but expensive. This is a 5* hotel after all. It is the best in Doha by miles. Pity they are closing down for refurbishments this year. That is according to " Construction Weekly", not me.
