Le Royal Méridien Place Vendôme Lusail

Did the Doha stopover, customer service here is 10/10. I want to give 10 star, staff here are so helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond. From start I came early 9am and room was ready immediately for me and was offered breakfast. Their breakfast is amazing full buffet different cuisine, staff at breakfast come to you for orders like egg and coffee. Room was cleaned like how I found when I first entered, this hotel amazing, plus it’s next to the mall and access through hotel for shopping trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel. They have spots lounge and other cafe within hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is extremely clean, elegant, and well maintained. The reception staff are very attentive and genuinely care about guests.
Special thanks to Mr. Akmal for the lovely birthday surprise in my room — I truly appreciated the kind gesture.
I also tried the hotel food and room service. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the portions were very generous.
Breakfast was good overall, and I highly recommend the Karak tea. Thanks to Ayat from Algeria for her warm and cheerful welcome, and to Babu for his kindness and excellent service. I would also like to thank the manager, Mr. Mohammed, for his attention to detail and constant care throughout the breakfast service.
Despite how busy it was, the service remained excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended.

​I wanted to bring Umat to your attention. Usually, security is a 'behind the scenes' role, but her presence elevated the entire atmosphere of my family. She greeted me by name, handled a difficult situation with incredible grace, and made me feel both safe and incredibly welcome.
​It is clear she has a 'hospitality-first' DNA. Her communication skills are impeccable, and she has a way of making guests feel like they are the priority. She is far more than a security guard; she is a brand ambassador. If I were running a department here, I would be first in line to recruit her.
"If you want to know what the future of luxury hospitality looks like, look at (Umat). She is proactive, incredibly sharp, and has a level of emotional intelligence that cannot be taught. She is the most versatile asset on your team—I’ve seen her assist guests as my family was one of it.

Every time I visit with my friends to goat bar lounge. At the entrance whenever it will be Ms. Umat, she used to compliment my female friends like she knows them for so long. And she acknowledges every change in us like hair colour, bags and every detail which makes my friends every time feel valued and also us. The eye contact she carrys is amazing. I had to come here for her. And lastly about a confident guy Qasid. He is very helpful at all times. And very friendly. We are going to visit now every time. The hotel experience is amazing, these are the guys which never let us to go to experience another hotels😄 thanks a lot both of you. From me and my friends.

The hotel pool was absolutely excellent. It was spotless, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. The water temperature was perfect, and there was plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. Comfortable loungers, clean towels, and a peaceful atmosphere made it a highlight of our stay. We spent a lot of time here and truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended! Plus aslam is a great person in pool service he is the best.

Honestly, I find it hard to express or praise enough the hotel staff’s treatment of me, especially the manager Ahmed. He never fell short in meeting our needs. The hotel is extremely beautiful and cooperative, and everything is wonderful and clean. They also surprised and delighted us with treats and fruits.

Had an amazing stay and probably the best LRM property I stayed at. Got the titanium upgrade and the staff was very courteous and friendly. There were a couple of issues with breakfast and they took care of it right away and were very professional about it. Being next to the Vendome mall is an unbeatable feature and I would just come back for that! Highly highly recommend 👍

Hanen, Melanie, and Anastasiya are all super helpful and friendly. The bellmen Venkadesh and Safran both are amazing. I have been a long term resident for 1 1/2 years now and I would never move anywhere else. There are so many people I can thank from this hotel because they are all equally amazing. The security team, reception team, restaurant staff, bar staff, housekeeping team, are all top notch. I have never been to a place where the entire staff were equally welcoming and just genuinely nice people. I will never leave this place. Anything that has gone wrong which hasn't been much, they are quick to fix it and will even send you a little gift for your troubles. The little things they do to try and make things right goes a long way with me. The location is prime, connected to the Vendome mall which makes shopping super easy. Adrift the Italian restaurant is one of my favorites, the staff truly makes me feel like I'm at home. Elissar is also great. They have a great brunch on Fridays with their Meat Platter. The only negative I could say about this place is I wish the Gym was a bit bigger. I do have a membership to a gym on the outside, so its not a big problem, but I do wish they had more of a selection of weights such as a bench press or squat rack.

I had such a beautiful experience during my stay and I want to express my gratitude to the wonderful team members who helped me. Paing, Chamika, Richard, Rashid, Melbeth, and Lwin were all incredibly kind, caring, and thoughtful.
Each one of them treated me with so much warmth and genuine hospitality. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and so well looked after. Their kindness truly stands out and I am very grateful for the way they supported me throughout my stay.

I and wife stayed for 20days. As a Bonvoy Titanium Elite Member, Ms Anna has kindly upgraded us to a beautiful Explorer Suite.
This is a hotel that we always wanted to come back as it really look over their guests. Housekeeper Basil ensure everything is in place customized to our needs. Breakfast at Elissar is a new lovely experience, pastry is really delicious and fresh but the real highlight is the people there. Mr Mohamad is always attentive and polite. Cheer up and lively. It's like a morning glory, brighten our day, truly. And Babu, go extra miles to ensure every breakfast detail that we need readily prepared. Cool and calm, and also very professional and polite. Mr Babu actually set a new standard on how services should be presented to all guests.

As a loyal Bonvoy member who spends many nights each year at Le Meridien hotels around the world, this was my first stay at this particular property — and it was truly exceptional.
From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the experience was nothing short of five-star. The manager on duty graciously upgraded my room to a suite, and every staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful.
Each day, I received thoughtful touches such as fresh fruit and cakes delivered to my room. The team even went above and beyond by escorting me by golf cart to the mall and assisting me throughout my shopping — an incredible level of hospitality I’ve rarely seen elsewhere.
The hotel itself is new, beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and radiates understated luxury. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it for an extra night.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha, whether for business or leisure. It has become my go-to choice whenever I’m in the city.

I’ve been staying at Le Royal Meridien for some time now, and I have to say the valet and security staff are absolutely exceptional. Every time I arrive or leave, they’re professional, polite, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
The valets are incredibly attentive and quick — always greeting me with a smile and handling my car with great care. The security team deserves just as much credit; they’re respectful, friendly, and make me feel genuinely safe and comfortable on the property.
Their consistency and positive attitude really stand out and make my experience here that much better. Huge thanks to the valet and security staff for always maintaining such a high standard of service!

Here is my experience after leaving for 6 months at the Residences Le Royal Méridien Lusail.
— Pros:
Location: the surroundings are nice, particularly early morning and ​a​t sunset. There are so many trees and bushes upfront, the birds are singing like nowhere else and it made us feel we were outside of Doha everyday.
Pool: the dedicated pool at the residences is great for swimmers (28 m long) and great for kids with a nice ​shaded and shallow water area.
Road access: commuting towards Al Khor or Doha is extremely easy, just a few traffic lights to reach the highway.
Gym: spacious and well equipped gym at the hotel side. Includes a yoga / stretching room.
Kitchen: plenty of storage space, large counter and kitchen island.
Appliances: both laundry machine and dryer are of high quality (LG) and placed in a dedicated laundry room, not the kitchen.
Master bathroom: equipped with both shower and bathtub.
Vendome mall: there is a direct link to the mall, offering many options, including a supermarket (Monoprix), pharmacy, bank, restaurant and the likes.
— Cons:
Housekeeping: it has been a long fight all along, no consistency, supervision and management does not seem to take the necessary actions but to keep apologizing.
Smart house: the apartments are equipped with supposedly smart lighting and A/C remote control system. It simply does not work! The display is very bright and on all the time… not practical in the bedroom if you expect a dark night to sleep.
