Great service, Alfredo and Carlos at the bar are great. Especially Carlos, he should get a raise!

Im very sorry to give just one star because the girl in the concierge is super nice and the bartender in the bar is also super, but the photos in the promotion is not what you get. The TV doesn't work propertly, theres a lot of dogs barking in the parking place, one of tje nights we had no water and no power the morning after. I know they are working on generators but there's no reason to be out of deisel for them. I never get to see the restaurant operating. Honestly this place have a lot of potencial but it needs a lot of work. Ah, btw if you're coming with your couple be prepare to sleep in a double bed because we paid for a big bed and they said they doesn't have any.

No fridge, coffee pot or microwave in room. There was an ice bucket but no cups and if there was an ice machine I didn't see it. The mirror was cracked. There were small bugs, about the size of very small ants but they weren't ants, that came out at night and climbed up and down the bathroom wall in straight lines. The bathroom door didn't shut. The closet door didn't shut. The TV had 2 channels that has a really loud buzzing, so loud you couldn't watch those 2 channels. The property in general needed updating, broken stepping stones, doors busted out on the bottom, etc. This property was probably really nice when it was new. Now it's just run down. I stayed here for a week on vacation. I paid $163 a night. Where I come from in Oklahoma, something like this would go for maybe $50 to $80 a night. Think Motel 6. Way too expensive for what you get. I'd never been to the island and it was literally a spur of the moment trip so I took what I could get. I'd say it was adequate but disappointing for the price. Stay at the Holiday Inn on the other side of the highway. It looked way nicer and was cheaper but it was all booked when I was there.

For the price paid, not worth it. Room has no fridge, microwave, coffee maker, phone, TV does not have a schedule good. Try to solve several things that happened and were unable to do so and the staff did not know resolve like that in front desk. He described it as a motel of traveler.

Excellent location and clean. The pool is enjoyable by family and kids. My favorite part about this hotel is hope close to the beach it is and Ponce. The nearby restaurants are fresh and at a good price.

It is not a 5 star hotel and not even 2 stars, but it is a very quiet and cozy place. The menu of the restaurant, although limited, has extremely affordable prices (the homemade hamburger is at another level) and drinks as well. The attention of the employees, very good. Our room was fine, I have no complaints. The only detail is that you have to deal with the flies, otherwise I was quite satisfied and would spend a few days relaxing here.

I don't know the last time I actually took the time to write a review about a hotel. Where do I start? I've been at this hotel for one week & 2 days. In that short amount of time this is all that happened. 1. Water backed up causing all the bottom level floors to flood. I was told ahead of time not to flush the toilet paper period. Not sure anyone else was. Yikes! 2. The tub in my room leaked every time I took a shower for two days. 3. They had a fashion show during the week directly outside that went on from 7pm-12am. 4. The washer & dryer doesn't work so you have to pay the hotel to have your clothes washed. $15 for a small bag and $20 for a larger bag. 5. The hot water stopped working two days ago and there is no word on when it will return. 6. The power went out for about an hour 1/2 yesterday and again today for 20-30mins. To make it worse I was told this place had direct TV and Wi-Fi connection. So far that hasn't proven to be true. There is one available channel and it is in Spanish. The Wi-Fi signal isn't strong enough to connect to so I have to use my phone as a hotspot to utilize my laptop. The surrounding areas has nothing in walking distance besides maybe the Sea which is supposed to be located behind the "hotel". I can't tell b/c this big monstrosity blocks any view of the Sea. What is the monstrosity you ask? The hotel use to be a race care track so the old stands sits up against part of the hotel blocking out the only thing worth seeing.

The place is way out of date, TV's are tube squares, AC either works or doesn't no in between. Then the staff, some of them are the coolest people who you could ever meet, while others are completely out of there. My personal experience, this place has too much drama.
