I love the place. Beautiful. Excellent service My favorite place to stay.

I love it. The pool, the room, but most of all the staff. The lady that greets you in the restaurant is my favorite. Be wary of bees in the pool area.

One of the best hotels I ever stay and I been around the world! The rooms service its amazing and the staff so friendly! So much to list that I wont be able to fit in here! Recommended for everybody even a low budget because its afforable.

I liked it but in the rooms the reflection of the pool light bugged me a little bc I love to sleep in a really dark room … but although everything else was great! ^^

The experience has been unique! Very good to spend with family. Many places to tourist and shops very close! I loved the experience! I recommend 100%

The Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good Internet, good pool and I applaud that parking is free.

Good the room very clean I even left being me tablet and send me Mom to pick up saved.

We came here and we had a issue with our room and Ray helped us out right away with our issue and also Angel further assisted us with our issue. This place is Great we still have a few days left but so far All is Well.

Great place to listen to music, dance if you like, eat and try yourself on the casino area… friendly environment.

Not sure if there really is a bad view from this hotel! It sits on top of a mountain and gives great views of the city and sea that surround it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are needing a minor bit of TLC, but overall a great place to hang your hat for a few days.

When out of their way to see to it that we were comfortable.

Casino is ok but the hostess at the desk are the worst, no communication. Isn't enough that your expending your money but they get upset if ask any question or make you WORK it for an answer, WHY WHY? I heard it before but never need to ask anything. Now I'm very frustrated, hmmmm we when there to relax and people like that shouldn't work in front desk. Please please retrain!

All spectacular the employees very friendly the food very good the rooms very clean, the pool clean although very cold we return soon as I have stayed several times and I love.

Worst holiday inn experience. Everything in this place is dirty, except the front lobby, the rooms smell moldy and you can see the mold in the carpet. Unfortunately I'm sure this is part of damages due to the hurricane however being such a huge chain of hotels, it shouldn't be allowing customers in rooms in these conditions.

Its no resort but, its a pretty nice place if you are looking to stay on the cheap. Nice little bar and restaurant inside. Good Wi-Fi and clean sheets.

Rooms are not bad, need some updating. Staff is fantastic.

Rooms have a nasty humidity smell, ask to be changed and got excuses. Spoke with the manager Mr Plaza he really didn't care. Casino is full of nasty stains and the pool has holes in the cement on the floor.

Nice clean rooms… great breakfast… wonderful view from the top of the mountain.

Place is under reconstruction. Would not recommend at this time. Casino has only half machines working. Staff is very friendly.

Great live music and very affordable drimls and quick bites. Nice casino and great views to the Caribbean sea. Free and ample parking. Vintage look and well-kept.

This is another one of the super cozy places. The restaurant is spacious and has a varied menu. As for the Cacino for me it is a small but not unlike. You find a variety of machines and it's entertaining. The machines give you the opportunity to spend long hours of entertainment while playing listening to live music.

Great place on a hill overlooking Ponce. Nice people. Pool area is nice. There is a bar area and a restaurant.

Loved this hotel very clean and friendly. The dining in restaurant breakfast and dinner good as well.

This is probably not where I should do this but I'm desperate. My family was evacuated from Apeadero Villalba and were told they could probably be there. Please help me. Their names are Carmen Hernández, José Colon and my 91 yr old gramma Juana Medina!

Always treated very well here. Pool is awesome. View is awesome.

Kinda quiet mostly. Nice little casino. Clean, comfortable rooms with patios. This is on the dryer side of the island. Sun feels good there. No beach here but nice pool overlooking coast. Can be had for a good deal. Relaxing, not expensive area.

Roaches in the room, parking lot is really for those going to casino, not those who reserve to stay there. Food is overpriced, as well as the nightly rate for what you really get. Room service doesn't always come and clean, when we checked out there was 3 days worth of trash in our room because room service didn't clean. The pool had some sort of slime that looked like vomit floating in it and the pool area was covered with bees. Also there were stray dogs on the property. You could hear the neighbors through the walls. There is security at the hotel, really just in the casino area. It seems like that is all they care about. Those who come to stay a few nights basically get thrown to the side. I paid a little more than 1000.00 for 6 nights there and it was so not worth it. The Wi-Fi is also pretty shady. It constantly kicks you off or sometimes it just doesn't work. Customer service is completely non existent.

This hotel has a spectacular view of Ponce. The rooms were spacious and although they weren't as clean as I would've liked, or as I expected, it was a relatively pleasant experience. My favorite part of my stay was the pool! It was absolutely amazing!
