My Hotel in Puerto Rico

Hotel

1 — Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had access to hot shower only twice.
2 — there was no place to hang our clothing or even a dresser to put our garments in.
Our clothing was on the floor the entire time.
3 — the TV never worked
4 — no elevator and if your room is upstairs good luck carrying your bags while climbing through old dangerous stairs.
4 — if you need help from front desk you will hardly find anyone to help you.
5 — the morning coffee simply sucks and is nasty.
5 — if you book through hotel. Com be prepared to pay much more as these thieves will cheat you for sure.
6 — no windows in the room at all and feels like prison.
This hotel sucks. They can have friend and family to give them a fake good reviews but in long run people will catch up and see through these these clowns who shouldn’t be in hospitality business.

Most accommadating and competative pricing compared to other Hotels in the district. A for the experince and hospitality no other hotel in class comes clost to MY HOTEL IN PUERTO RICO… this is comming from and three times engineer who has traveled the world an variour technology ventures arround the world such as Cananda, Latin america, The Carribean & Europe, for IBM.

Really great place to stay in Old San Juan. I totally enjoyed my visit to the fullest. The best part is the location. The rooms are great too.

Great staff and is right in the middle of Old San Juan. The place is very quiet and private. Great if you just need some place to spend the night or rest after some sightseeing. The rooms are a bit small so it can be a little unconfortable for families to stay at one room.

A week ago I was told my $250.00 deposit would be returned. How much longer will I have to wait? Do you people think you can just take my $250.00 and never return it to me?

The worst customer service we have ever experienced! We booked a room while we had an 8 hr layover and didn't notice that we had chosen 1 person instead of 2 person room. When we get there obviously there is my wife and I there to check in. Instead of letting us know of the mistake they go ahead and charge our card for the room and then tell us after we sign that we couldn't have the room because it was only for 1 person. Then they proceeded to try to get us to pay another $100 for another room. When we asked to speak to the manager we were told she was busy. After demanding 2 more times to speak to her, she called on one of the front desk employees cell phone. She told my wife that they would not refund our card and that I would have to get my own room. We told her that we would dispute the charge with our credit card company and she said "I will hunt you down for the money"! Needless to say we didn't stay there and were still charged. Its been over 2 weeks and they are also still holding $250 deposit on our credit card! Avoid this hotel at all costs!

This without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! 1 hour to check in and there as nobody in front of me. 3 + hours to check out any they could not give me a proper receipt for expense reporting to work. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but this hotel.

Very small room WITHOUT windows — it's not without view, the rooms simply have no windows! The shower is very poor and takes a lot of time to heat. There are only stairs and very narrow. Aircon is very strong though.

So bad. Almost booked here before my cruise but they wanted prepayment. So glad because it caused us to book most of our stay elsewhere. We were here for a few hours — not overnight, and the room had bugs, a non working TV (sound was loud and couldn't turn down), bathroom was dirty and had disposable cup from a previous guest — so the cleaning service is defiantly not good either. Though we were told there would be someone there when we checked out, they weren't. Would not recommend, even for a few hours.

Nice hotel on Fortaleza Street inside Old San Juan. Great location and service! Hope to return there again soon!

The front door is locked at all times, and it can not be opened from either side, you must find the owner and have her unlock the door, she is the only one who has a key. Plus — the internet was not working, no hot water, the TV did not work, its a dollar store from Haiti.

I paid the room for $230 and I have to deposit $250 room is too small for that price and no window NO hot shower, using shower curtain from dollar store. Bed is uncomfortable. TV did not work. Wifi did not work. Fire alarm going off all night. Front door is lock all the time. You can't open it, you have to wait for long time for somebody to open for you. That is dangerous. If something happens you can't get out. Good luck to get deposit money back.

Clean nice people very convenient to everything.

Good location, good price, clean rooms. Beware that when this hotel says "no view", they actually mean "no windows". Most rooms have no windows.
