This place was everything I needed. I felt special.

We are planning to wed in old San Juan Puerto Rico. I'm currently working there to help restore power. We're looking for a house with plenty of rooms for out guests. Can you help?

This place is a scam, they will respond to messages about inquiries but suddenly their emails are broken when you need to make a change to a reservation.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. We booked with them and a hurricane hit, there was no power in the area and it was impossible to get there the airport was not flying people to Puerto Rico at this time either. We tried several ways to contact the hotel and they completely ignored every attempt in an effort to keep our money when they were well aware they would not be able to accommodate us. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Had this experience been better we would have reconsidered them for our trip in 2018 because we truly did want to stay here but the honesty of their management is just disappointing.

Seriously, we guests need to take a stand against places like this! Stay elsewhere! I showed up at 10:00pm after being on a flight all day. No one was there, door was locked, place was dark so I called the phone number. She said they canceled my booking because while I was on the plane they were trying to call me to obtain my credit card information over the phone before I arrived. I was on a 10 hr flight from Rome… you know up in the sky away from cell towers and in Italy where my US phone service does not work, of course I can't answer my phone! I told her I was upset and would write a review. She said she did not care and told me to go ahead and write a bad review. The streets are dark and lonely at night. Some drunk guys were stumbling around. I caught a taxi nearby and left. So I paid another taxi to find a more expensive hotel last minute. I truly hope she either changes her ways or they go out of business.

Great location. Great price. Nothing fancy just the basics. You get 3 small room, bed, kitchen, and bathroom.

The place is just OK. It's beautiful, it has old city charm, but the room wasn't as demonstrated in the photos, air conditioner didn't work properly, the bed was awfully hard, and the bathroom has a permanent odor…
