For the price I imagine something much better… Quite the opposite I don't recommend it at all
The Cats stroll through the Lobby… They say q is in remodeling but what you see is abandonment, soda machines and abandoned things
The ugly old rooms, the corks only have a sheet, the lamps with mold, the floor you walked and the dust stuck.

They must invest and modernize a little.

The beds are has hard has a rock … the pool area needs alot of cleaning the shower pool are real thirty and broken chairs… I will never be here again.

Very good large rooms, remodeled, good A/C, TV, sharp.

The rooms are clean, the pool is cleaned daily, they do not have coffee maker or cafeteria, but it has a supermarket, cafeteria and restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet atmosphere.

He needs maintenance. The beds do not serve, it smells of moisture. It's well deteriorated.

All very cozy and clean, very attentive and friendly employees.

Cozy holiday site either as a couple or as a family. The only thing Q still has no restaurant. But there are several very close.

As a Maria survivor Hotel Perichis opened there doors to many families. Yes they were running on a generator not cheap. They did suffer damages as well however they continued to keep there doors opened. We have been treated with kindness respect. Everyday I have clean towels great service and the staff works with a smile. Sure everybody has a bad day I'm guilty of that. But having lost everything has given me a new appreciation for the simplest things. I've traveled and stayed in five star hotels that have not treated me five star. Kudos to hotel Perichis your the Best.

The place needs cleaning, maintenance and attention. The SRA of the lobby, who said to me, is the owner's family, excused his situation saying that only have 4 employees after the hurricane and do not provide supply. However, if my business is related to tourism, customer service and I am receiving federal aid, I must do the same to keep the place in good condition. The deterioration that you currently have is not related to the hurricane, it is related to the time you do not give the required maintenance. The room smelled of mushroom, the walls inside the room were dirty and the bureaus filled with dust.

Great place to rest, clean and quiet. Affordable restaurant inside the facilities, although needs more employees to serve customers during breakfast time.

The place is nice and it got a poor the people are very pleasant.

The staff were friendly and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool.

Rooms are ok still in the 80's But ok. At the restaurant I had the worst lobster in my life and the waitress was complaining that she's a nurse not a waitress, super rude. This WAS one of my favorite spots in the south part of the island. So sad.

The best on the southwesr carr Playa Joyuda. Cabo Rojo.

Always have a room available when needed, very friendly staff. Rooms always clean and very comfortable. Great to be able to have breakfast by the pool.

If you're looking for a quiet and family environment with lots of kids around without much of a nightlife or without places to hangout with great music then this is the right place for you. My husband and I had to go outside of Joyuda for the right amount of adrenaline and fun and better beaches. Hotel staff was great, room was clean, breakfast at hotel is only served on weekends which was odd, pool area was relaxing. There were lots of great restaurants around which we found odd that they were all empty. At night it was like a ghost town with nothing to do nearby so we went to other areas outside Joyuda. I would recommend it for family vacation but not for those who are looking for adventure with adrenaline.

This is located right in the midst of the culture and life of the Island. Very quiet. There was a pleasant breeze right outside my room. I could sit out there and read peacefully. Very simple, not fancy. The pool was spotless and the housekeepers were pleasant. I will go again.

It has no continental breakfast. In the room there a small refrigerator or coffee maker. Also if you ask ice charge you 50 cents. It has no Wi-Fi in the room. It was not count with air conditioning.

Very nice rooms and close to the beach. The service is very good as well cl ose to the beaches and not to far from the palguera. There are some restaurants around here as well. Prices are fair close to $100 around spring break. There is a nice size pool and courtyard they also have bar Restaurant by the pool. I would stay again very roomy rooms with beautiful views.

It was a bit of a "dive" but food was good and room was reasonably clean.

I was this weekend, is the best, perooo with so many good customers that we pull it back each month only fixed that parning, I think to put it asphalt does not cost the contrary earn more.

Good hotel. Improve the parking and other details. The check in is late at 3 and check out at 12 and not allow you to remain in the vicinity. May check out later. Since q is lost for that day. Otherwise it is nice.

It is comfortable. Very good service. The only thing mejoraria q would be parking. I recommend it if you want to be quiet and close d all in red Cape.

Not for weekends (and maybe even week days) since they rent their large function room and music blasts out until midnight or even 3:00 a. M. And all the parking spaces get full if there's a function on. They told us we wouldn't hear the noise with the AC on. Not so. We had to pack up and leave at 10:00 p. M.
