Overall satisfied… But alas! … "Miss smile" hit!
I come to this hotel regularly, twice a year at least, and this for two Years. I am a regular customer, recognized as such, discreet, never having made any claims on anything.
On a business trip or for a vacation, I spend between 3 and 8 nights each Time.
During our last recent stay, I was faced with an unusual, very unpleasant situation.
I had already noticed several times the coldness and lack of professionalism of "Miss smile", which we have dubbed so because she does not know what "smile" means. What is a height when you do this type of job.
This receptionist — Clara, a woman of the wall age, seeing my husband putting in our car the many purchases we made during our stay, summoned him to pay the bill immediately! She followed him to the street with a cleaning lady — when he told her twice: "my wife will come down to settle you. "
The tone and manner were not suited to the Situation.
She was obviously panicking.
Miss "Clara" is totally unprofessional and has shown herself to be disproportionately insistent. Coming back to the charge by Twice. The intervention of one of the hotel managers was necessary to calm her and stop harassing Us.
If the other members of the staff — including the night watchman — were not as pleasant and professional, it is very likely that I would not return.
I hope that the managers of this hotel will read my comment and propose a professional training adapted to this person who is obviously not in his place in a hotel that wants to 3 *. However, I do not take any responsibility from the managers because they are the ones who give the instructions and train their staff.
To not end the escapades of an incompetent, this hotel offers a very good value for money, with a breakfast at will, Delicious and with various products, included in the price of the night… I continue to recommend it… despite this offensive experience.
The free Wi-Fi now works fine, the flow is OK and allows for remote Work.
When booking I advise you to ask for a room with a view of the vegetable gardens: quieter and with a small balcony. Specify that you do not want a room against "the elevator" because of noise nuisance.
