Amazing views from the rooftop terrace.

The location was top shelf. The room was nice. Great breakfast!

Ideal location. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar. Excellent included breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff. We were very happy with our 4 night stay here.

Excellent location right in heart of city center, very friendly staff. All attractions are either walking distance or tour starts from nearby. Rooms especially with gallery are awsome. Highly recomends.

3 nights at hotel Do Chiado at the end of january 2018. Very nice, modern and confortable hotel and room, nice atmosphere, everyone is really kind and helpfull. The breakfast is really good and the breakfast place wonderfull! The bar is very nice also and cosy atmosphere. The localisation is exceptionnal : 1 min from metro and from elevator santa justa, 5 min from plaça comercio, 5 min from bairro alto … al lot of shops and restaurants around … We really enjoyed our stay here and recommand this place.

Great location in the heart of the city. By subway you arrive in a few minutes from the airport.

Absolutely fabulous — in the heart of the old city and handy to everything (shops/restaurants) Wonderful breakfast, great rooftop bar and very discerning staff. Rooms are big with huge comfortable beds. Love the artwork and would kill to be able to take some home! Will come back in a heartbeat!

This place is very awesome! One of the most quaint boutique hotels I have ever been in the world. The rooftop bar is always packed with the view of this magnificnet city especially at nights. But concierge are very professional. And courteous to inform you of any request you may have!

Had room with patio with a view of the castle which is pretty awesome. Room was clean and well appointed with everything one would need/typical amenities. Bar shares the same view as the patio which makes for a nice place to grab drink. Staff spoke English and was very accommodating.

Family atmosphere and cozy. All your staff always ready for everything. Excellent location. His breakfast-style. Its dishes are served with special care, gourmet cuisine. His desserts of high confectionery. Very close to the metro station and its Luis de Camöes square.

Calm place with an amazing view and snacking options. Service can be a little slow at times, but it just gives you more time to enjoy the place. Is is better enjoyed with a sunny weather.

Booking on 3d Hotel very well located and beautiful view. The bathroom was a little bit old. Breakfast ok but no hot chocolate. Too bad during our stay very annoying work in the nearby shopping mall.

You better don't get a standard room. The view is not comparable to the rooms on the top floor and the noise from the street is very disturbing.

All what you want! Very nice hotel. Relatively large rooms without plush and junk, firm comfortable beds with right duvet covers, functional bathroom, everything works as it should. The more expensive rooms to get out of the Castle have a small terrace with magnificent views. The room to the other seiteDas staff is very friendly and attentive, the front desk is staffed around the clock and in the rooms it is relatively quiet despite the central location. The room service is really every day and the breakfast buffet is great and truly offers something for everyone. In addition, there is a class view. Metro station only links to out the door and down the stairs. Right next door is a shopping mall where you can eat also super inexpensive and good.

Bar with an amazing view over the city. Chill out music and oyster bar too. On the expensive side, but that's expected for the location.

Drinks were just OK. Sangria a bit weaker than what we were getting in Lisbon. As expected with any rooftop bar, you are paying for the ambiance & view, which are no doubt amazing. They had a DJ the night we went which is great for setting the mood, but he did pack up early which I found weird. All in all, it's a nice trendy spot if you're into that kind of thing.

Excellent rooftop bar. Seems highest rooms may have a small terrace facing the fort. Love it and not crowded.

Had a superior room and was very happy. Room on 8th floor had balcony with street view. 4m high ceilings. Breakfast room has nice view over the city. Breakfast variety was OK, but nothing spectacular. Only premium rooms have view over the city. All guests have access to terrace and smaller guest balconies.

Too expensive for offered service and room size.

The service I received was very unprofessional and the staff was not synchronized. I got a wrong invoice and had to wait more than 30 minutes for it standing in what they call a lobby. The first room was very noisy. I was offered to change the room but the second one was not much quieter.

Very noisy and it was hard to get some sleep before 0200. I didn't like the room service food, pricy but not tasty at all. The heater did not work and I was really cold in the room.

Good price, very good breakfast and great staff.

Great location and great interiors. Wonderful Tagus view.
