This hotel and its staff was INCREDIBLE! Absolutely top! No matter what we wanted or needed, it was never too much for them to provide. In a time where we’ve had poor service and false advertising from flights and air bnbs this was a faultless ray of sunshine. When we arrived there was champagne and chocolate strawberries left for our honeymoon with a note from management wishing us well (pic attached). It only got better from there! The room service was always spot on, with excellent drinks, cocktails and food a minimum requirement. Once day we went to the rooftop pool and bar. I have very bad agoraphobia so it’s hard for me to frequent such places. The staff were so kind and relaxed and made me feel instantly at home. We stayed there all day :). On another day we booked massages and the downstairs pool. INCREDIBLE! Carol and Farah who gave deep tissue massages to myself and my wife were so lovely and kind and made the whole experience a beautiful surreal dream! They deserve so much credit and recommendations for their skill, attention to detail and care. They also give you personal after advice of your muscles and how to care for yourself better when you leave the hotel. The massage, sauna and pool left us feeling so relaxed and we floated back to our room to enjoy more room service. There were lots of nice restaurants around but we simply felt we didn’t need them!

We have been very very comfortable, we haven't missed anything, and if we have the bar and pool… what rematamos. Great of truth. And not to forget the friendly service of the hotel, majisimos and very attentive.

Hotel has all you need (incl great swimming-pools on rooftop) and everything works smoothly even when the hotel is fully booked. Metro next door. Staff always helpful and friendly. Extensive breakfast-buffet with great choices. Large an clean rooms. Large and convenient parking garage under the hotel. Excellent place to stay a few days for Lisbon city trip.

Beautiful hotel. The breakfast was amazing, the best I've ever had in a hotel, so good. The rooms were large, really modern and nice. Our only negative was that there wasn't a kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Other than that, it was almost perfect. The spa was gorgeous, and the rooftop pool was lovely though we didn't get a chance to use it, as it did get crowded.

Partner got a mother to be massage here in the spa, Marissa and her Manager were lovely and very knowledgeable, gave great tips and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend the Spa and staff.

Awesome hotel, centrally located in Lisbon. Great places to eat and see well within walking distance. Staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat. Clean, energy efficient rooms, rooftop bar and pool was the place to be. Highly recommended place to stay.

Beautiful hotel with rooftop terrace and infinity pool (must be paid extra). The rooms are fantastic, as are the bathroom as well.
Very good parking in the underground car park (connected by elevator to the hotel)

Jupiter Lisboa is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The large terrace with pool and bar invites you to linger.
The staff is extremely friendly and the food in the restaurant is very tasty.
In the immediate vicinity are the stops of the metro, bus, airport bus and suburban train.
Definitely come back.

Very friendly staff at the reception. Room very nice. The view of the dark courtyard was not so beautiful and the room was always dark as a result.

Modern well-appointed rooms. We were on one of the topped up floors and heard next to no street noise. The roof terrace is also great for sipping a cocktail in the evening (for the pools the weather was unfortunately not right). Oh yes, the breakfast is extensive, but because of the rather lavish costs we have mostly had breakfast in bakeries (there are several in the immediate vicinity)

Had a lovely stay at this hotel recently. Really friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful room and good location with the metro right outside. Amazing cocktails too.

It would be 2.5 stars if that were an option. I feel like Jupiter Lisboa must've been "The Hotel" in Lisboa ten years ago, but has merely since been riding the coat-tails of its previous successes. I just spent 7 nights at the hotel and here's an honest appraisal. The good: The lobby staff is wonderful. The egg tarts in the room upon arrival are a nice touch and quite delicious. The hotel has a real gym. It's not three treadmills thrown into a room and called a gym like you would see at most hotels. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping my room clean. The bad: Room service was atrocious. Sometimes they would answer and sometimes they wouldn't. Sometimes they would answer and leave you on hold for ten minutes (see photo). The food, once received, was mediocre at best but not on par with what you'd expect out of the caliber of hotel Jupiter claims to be. It can be really noisy in your room if you're on the street side. The water temperature in the shower is irregular. If you feel the water pressure go down a bit, move out of the way because it's about to get real hot (room 621). The toiletries/coffee packets were only replaced a few times during my entire stay. Blu Spa gave me a mediocre massage for 73 Euros. Enough said about that.

Hotel located close to the city centre (about 10 minutes by taxi), the Metro is also in front of the hotel. The two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) are just perfect, with a little bit more for the outdoor pool with the bar and a splendid Lisbon view.
The staff are really available and helpful.

All right, here you can live. The location is on a large main road with lots of traffic. However, in my opinion not in one of the beautiful parts of Lisbon. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast is sufficient. I found the staff to be very friendly. You can stay here without any problems. However, there are no highlights that would have elicited me 5 *. However, due to the opening hours I was also not on the rooftop terrace.

Haven of silence at QQ kilometers from the airport and the city centre of Lisbon. Bus and Metro between 50 and 100 m from the hotel. Morning and evening Buffet varies and abundant. Warm welcome. What more could you ask for?

I loved the hotel, the service and the quality of delivery, it is not very far from the center and very nice also the morning brunch.

Very friendly staff. Modern but not-too-large room. The bathroom is very nice, including the robes. The unheated Pool on the roof is free of charge. The Spa costs EUR 12 per day.

Excellent price! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is quite varied in terms of sweet and salty (there are eggs made in time, bacon…) The parking is very good price and you have to choose square (there are 6 floors). No doubt the best elections in Lisbon.

Nice, comfortable hotel. The indoor pool is only available as part of the spa which is a little disappointing. Rooms are quiet. Staff seem helpful.

Very classy. Lovely spacious rooms and comfy beds. The staff were really polite and helpful. Looking out for stay with breakfast and value for money? This is the perfect hotel! Amazing breakfast with a variety to choose from. Pies, tarts, sausages, all kinds of fruits, all types of croissants, omlettes and toasts with available jam and butter, variety of yogurts — fresh fruit and original. Had a lovely stay in Lisbon.! Great service!

The location is great, the décor of both the common areas is nice, the room very large with double bed huge, with bathroom with shower tray equally large and all with maximum cleanliness. The amazing buffet service, with a wide variety of islands where you can find all kinds of dishes. A great experience.

A very nice hotel, worth the price. Rooms are clean, spacious and tastefully furnished, there is a great SPA, the Wi-Fi works surprisingly well. The breakfast buffet is just awesome, and there is a very very nice rooftop bar and pool to enjoy.

Everything was nice. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was good. Although the coffee at breakfast is one of the worst I've ever had.

Beautiful establishment. Spa, swimming pool, fitness room. Shame that the indoor pool is not free of charge for hotel guests. Staff not at the height of a 4-star. (nice for some) shame! The restoration is correct. Rooms and bedding very comfortable, housekeeping perfect.

Very good hotel, a few minutes walk from the metro station Saldanha, in a very quiet location. The room was spacious, as well as the en-suite bathroom (as very common outside of Italy there is the bidet, but at least in this hotel there is a toilet with shower). The hotel enjoys a magnificent terrace on the eighth floor where there are two swimming pools, open until 22:00, and a bar. On the ground floor there is the restaurant where is served a rich continental breakfast, and where every day you can have lunch or dinner (cost € 19.50€) with the buffet. In addition, the hotel also enjoys a very large car park from plan — 2 to — 6 (at a cost of€ 9 per day) and a spa on the 1st floor.

We stayed in this hotel for our second part of our portugal trip for some days from end of august to september. Pros
— rooms were large and stylish furnished with wonderful city panoramas
— we weren't bothered by the noise, although street view…
— excellent service, were impressed by the professional way of communication and coordination between staff
— a great variety of Portuguese and international Dishes, best quality of the food
— near to a bus stop and the underground, every part of the city was fast and easy to reach
— a pool and a bar on the roof with a panorama view of Lisbon were an experience we would definitely recommend
— a great sound system not only in the room but in the bathroom aswell Cons
— it would have been nice to have a water boiler and some hot drinks in the room
— the roof bar offered only a couple of different cocktails, which was well compensated by the lobby bar
The thing we missed the most in this wonderful hotel… were a few more days to enjoy there.

The location is next to metro so there is good links to all areas of Lisbon. Rooms are spacious and quirky decor. The breakfast is lovely and the staff very helpful.

Couldn't fault this hotel. Location was fine for us, it's in walking distance to the metro and a train station and every staff member we met was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and larger than we were expecting. Breakfast was good, the later you eat the busier the restaurant is. The roof terrace was amazing! We had a few 'rest days' during our trip and this was the perfect place to chill out. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind navigating the metro.

A very nice hotel, just outside the city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean, though lack a little character. This can be said for the whole hotel, by the way: nice, clean, but a little sterile. A good interior designer could make a gem out of this hotel! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and definitely worth the money. The dinner not so much (a little bland), so I would definitely eat out (there are so many good restaurants in Lisbon! ). The rooftop area is great to have a relaxing drink or swim (but be warned, the water was really cold at times! ). Would recommend/return.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights this week and we had a brilliant time. We would highly reccomend the location (right beside the metro), the ambiance and the wonderful staff who were so polite and friendly. The hotel was spotless and the breakfasts were superb. We also loved the rooftop pool and bar and would definitely return to stay at the Jupiter Hotel on our next visit to Lisbon. Well done to the whole team on such excellent customer service.

Spent a while on the web trying to find somewhere in Lisbon and ended up in the Jupiter — a fine choice. Rooms are great, with lovely big bathrooms. Breakfast good (fairly standard buffet affair). Staff are fantastic. Extremely helpful and pleasant. It was my partner's birthday and I requested 'something special' for her and when we got back from day out cake and bubbly awaited — a great touch to a wonderful weekend; thank you very much!

Very nice clean, nice rooms comfortable and clean. The rooms are clean. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner is better go out and search for restaurants elsewhere.

Treatment terrific, room service every day, excellent breakfast and even we will a room on the interior there are q know how to appreciate that in everything there is beauty. Alleged to the center but there is nothing lacking in the surrounding area. And the hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

Hotel opening very recent, about a month ago more or less, this is something far from the centre but well connected by metro, the facilities are very good, highly recommend the pool on the last floor, parking is very spacious, the staff very attentive and the breakfast is exceptional, the experience in Lisbon this hotel has been fantastic.
