Alegria Center Apartments Apartment

The apartments are clean, nicely renovated and well equipped. The location is fair, although steepy. Downsides: water pressure is not good. In addition if you arrive after 22:00 they'll charge you with additional 20euro (! )

Everything was really good, the room, the accesories, towels, air conditioner. Mariana treat us very well, answering our questions and waiting for us in our arrival. The only problem was the neighbourgs (too noisy), but this place deserves 5 stars!

Easy check in and out. Lovely unit. Walkable to main parts of city.

Beautiful stately building restored antique with quality finishes. Room large and comfortable. Peaceful and joyful. Very good situation.

Hotel pleasant, unpretentious but very well located.

The room (and especially the bathroom and the shower) are tiny. Hotel clean, neat but simple. The breakfast was good. Proper day home. The evening receptionist, super nice, gave us the free parking place: bargain!

I think it is not suitable as an apartment, very small, no decent place to sit or eat in the room, refrigerator made so much noise (never heard such a loud refrigerator) we had to turn it off, so we had no cold drinks and could not store perishable food. Location is ok.

Plus: Excellent location. Next to Cafe Caiscas which was full of locals & brilliant. Minus: Some rooms are so small you cannot walk round the bed. Noisy outside (cars & late night revellers) and inside (poor sounproofing and wooden floors). Street people sleeping in park across road. Tired furniture. Expensive at 78euros without breakfast. Some staff not knowledgeable, could not say how to get to airport by public transport.
